Because I just got one answer for that.

Actually, I just accidentally found a soul by typing in the answer to what Crazy was hinting earlier. Dammit! I was trying for the purple soul, not the red one! I never even found the red one's image in the first place!

Requesting a hint for the purple soul:
Is this... "thing" still part of the forum?
(Trying to be vague so as not to spoil things too much.)

I do not want to push my luck with the hints and overusing them, but by not being part of the site anymore, does that mean "right now" as in used to be a part early on here, or "never bothered being part of JAN"?

 

They were never part of JAN lol.

They may have been part of DTR though, who knows.

 

He stopped being a member when refuge ended and the strict rules of DTR pushed him more (Could be wrong about that as I and a few others did not like dtr)

Really? I was about to say the exact opposite as his username is familiar to me.

It may be because I've been on the Archives a few times.

I wonder. Did I whine enough that Crazy decided to just give me the last soul ("Shaddup already, Core! Take this!), or did I finally get it right?
Either way, it's relief to finally get the right answer. However, I honestly expected this legendary person to be mentioned more often.

Oh well, at least I won't have to follow through with my promise to get stuck with Malice till the next Halloween (though that did make the stakes more interesting ) .

 

In my eyes I see him as a legend mainly becuase He along with walshy and safko were the top designers around back on JD and Refuge.
I wanted to be at their level and now I can finally go toe to toe with walshy... somewhat in a signature design battle.
He was very helpful and well known by most back then. (L avatar is a dead give away)
Along with the past community liaison.
Also I noticed you had all souls so Kami gave you flames

 

So I haven't been keeping up with this. What does it mean to have the Amethyst flame? Is it a site award?

Blue Flames or Azure Flames was for anyone whom did everything with little help from me and learned how to read the questions from the souls by themselves.
(Questions were easy as I thought the first phase was hard enough seeing as you had to open the image in a hex editor or rename the file extention to read the question.)
Red Flames or Vermilion Flames is version 2 of the game were you learned how to read the questions from the start and not left in the dark like in version 1 but the questions were much harder.
Purple Flames or Amethyst flameis for staff only.
The story is
Blue flames is Malice's pure soul which is powerful enough to cast theblue flames.
Red flames is just as powerful but Malice's raw soul is uncontrollable giving the user raw red flames.
Purple is Malice's soul, which is why you may see her glaring back at you when you stare into the flames.

 

Hope I can finish by Monday. I've got all the questions. I just need to answer the rest.

They are lost ones, so neither, I guess. But we were finding them, so...

Do we have to wait 30 minutes before we can answer again? Because that's a lot of time just to provide the correct variation and I get bored really easily if I'm having to provide different variations of the same answer to a single question and have to wait so long in between answer submissions. I've already found 4 souls (not including the "freebie") and none of them have awarded anything so far, so if I have to wait about 30 minutes before answering again or answering a new question, I'll just give up and go watch some anime or play Dragon Warrior Builders. lol There needs to be a better method to check for the correct answer that doesn't include waiting longer than 1 - 2 minutes.

So far I've found:
Amythest/purple soul, the red soul, the green soul, and the blue soul. (Again, not including the freebie).
