Did you ever see Great Teacher Onizuka? This is a lot like that but with a resourceful genius Otaku instead of a thug with a good heart.

See it? I loved that series, Onizuka was amazing. I'd love more of it. An otaku main hardly gives the same reasons to watch a series as an ex biker main.

He may be an Otaku instead of a biker but it's the same "Seemingly crazy and or lazy teacher that actually manages to do a lot of good in his students lives" king of thing. It's just while Onizuka will take a sledge hammer and smash a wall down the MC in this series will hack into something or will manipulate the situation rather cleverly to make things work out the way he plans.

It's obviously not exactly the same show but if you liked Onizuka then there is a good chance of you liking this series to. Oh and BTW despite how it may look it's not a harem or a romance series. A few of the girls are either in love or have crushes but nothing really developed from any of it yet so it's mostly just them falling for him after he solved their problems.

Well that does make it sound a bit better, especially since the romance isn't heavy or anything. With that you have caught my attention again, now the only thing left to do is to wait for a good PV and I'll probably watch it.
How many episodes do you think it'll be?

Well there is enough manga material for more than 24 so it depends on budget I guess.

A potential 24 ep teacher series, well that ought to be something kind of different. I've not seen too many that focus on teachers apart from GTO so it still has a lot to live up to.
