Wow that's a strict stipulation. As great as it would be to receive any super power I desired,
it's not in my nature to idly standby and watch a person die. I would have to save that someone.

(You can't spend the 10 billion on yourself or anything else.)

That is tough. A book will almost always have more detail, than a video, and they tend to be more canon. I will take Manga, but not forsake Anime.

Drinks. One can live without food much longer than water. And if not restricted to just water, one could obtain extra nutrients to extend lifespan. I used to fast when I was a kid, and I had friends that only consumed water for a whole week. It was already hard enough to do a day, but a week?
