ohhh I somehow thought you had played them before.....
Well about the mechanics it gets better with 2 and 3... actually I found that the mass effect Trilogy did a good job of improving with each release.

Althought my favorite was Mass effect 2 overall but that might just be me..... :)

But It was one fun game Series to Play....

I am waiting for Andromeda to drop in price before I buy since I heard the Story and Graphic were not the best... but I am willing to give it a shot tho as I am a fan of the series.

Trails in the Skies Third Chapter came out today. This caps off the finish to the first trilogy of my favorite video game series.

I have been trying to get through the first one and its ok so far but there are somethings that left me wanting more....... Like the insanely long useless diaglog is a bit sticking point for me but have no fear I will eventually finish it....

is 2 better than one ?

But the dialogue is the best part :/

Way the first game ends demands a sequel. I got everything I wanted from the second game, even a slightly improved battle system.

So, I finished Mass Effect 1 for the first time. It was a good game that a variety of frustrations, due to clunky and outdated design, prevented it from being a great game.

Everyone looks like they were hit in the face with a shovel, inventory management is exceptionally tedious, ability-based classes like Engineer and Adept don't feel entirely viable due to a clunky UI and a lack of practical weapons for use during cool downs. The combat feels stiff - in fact, everything feels stiff. Shepard controls like a poorly-made puppet. The game is terrible about auto saving in convenient locations, which can lead to losing huge swaths of progress should you forget to quick save. Enemies, allies, and players alike get stuck between staircases and walls with ease, especially when powers are in play. And the game pushing its Paragon/Renegade system actively discourages dialogue choices that fall anywhere in between these two categories.

All of that being said, the writing is pretty good. The story is compelling and the characters are memorable. You feel like your choices have some weight and like Shepard is the one with the agency and skills to get shit done.

Although I found myself frustrated by the clunky mechanics and UI on several occasions, I felt compelled by the narrative and world-building to continue. And, in my book, a game that makes you look forward to playing more can't be that bad. I'd give Mass Effect a 6/10.

I've moved on to Mass Effect 2, and I can already see a huge difference in quality. Bioware certainly made some major improvements over the first game.

So, I finished Mass Effect 2. It was a vast improvement over Mass Effect. In fact, I think it has quickly become one of my favorite games.

My only real issue with the game is that every level seems to have been designed by an architect who traveled the galaxy, handing out deals on chest-high walls.

Now I've moved on to Mass Effect 3.

EDIT: Oh, and the Paragon/Renegade system is still utter toss.

I also played that Mass Effect 1 and 2 only. But never 3. When I got a platinum trophy on PS3. It is a hard mode for the mission only. I think been 1 or 2 weeks to get the platinum trophy. I have platinum trophy 101x right now.

I can't remember. I'll take look your PSN username with trophies game lists. If they same have games. Let me know we can play the game.

    @BaconMan8910,

Together have a game on PS4 and PS3.

    Dragon Ball Xenoverse
    Battlefield 4
    Far Cry 4
    The Last of Us Remastered
    Call of Duty: Black Ops
Call of Duty: World at War

But I deleted game Far Cry 4 and BF4 and Dragon Ball Xenoverse, Because my PS4 fat has 500GB Disk space, they are not enough.

If you buy an overwatch for PS4, They will be the same level and skills, etc more with your PC or Xbox one.

Also, Would you like to play PS3 with COD Bo1 or WAW for modding in zombie mode? I have on PS3 CFW. CFW is Custom Firmware.

So, I finished the original Mass Effect trilogy. That was quite the ride. I can't believe I've been missing out on that, until now.

Mass Effect 3 was a great game. I was actually fine with the ending (I chose destruction), although I did view the extended cut. Also, Citadel is the best DLC, ever. Genuinely made me laugh out loud, several times. It would have been nice to have an epilogue like in The Witcher 3: Blood and Wine, but I think the ending works as is.

Mass Effect has quickly become one of my favorite series and one of my most memorable experiences in video games. I've never really been impressed with Bioware RPGs, Andromeda and all of Dragon Age are largely forgettable, but this trilogy absolutely trounced those expectations. I'll probably play this again, one day, and probably make all the same choices with the same Shepard, just to experience it all, again.

Now, I don't know what to do with my life.

I've been playing Butcher lately, a 2D gory pixel game. Actually pretty fun, and has a feel to it that reminded me of Terminator.

It has one of my favorite quotes from a game:
