Now trying to finish S1 f Higurashi up (When they cry is dub name) & K-on!! S2 since Clannad was ALL I was watching practically for a while there. (I miss mah Clannad! T^T)

Also, I decided to rater Clannad/after story a 10 after all! The reason I didn’t before hand is because I was thinking about how it was a bit dull (I do mean just a bit and ONLY a bit at times) and how slow it was at times too. (Thus in those times wasn’t as enjoyable) and I unfairly compared the exp. for the whole anime to that of the others I’d rated as a 10. I realized the lower rating of 0.5 from the 10 was wrong, thus, a perfect 10 was given.

Ok, well with AB I have to disagree. Did you finish it fully? Though I WILL agree the 1st 7 eps were a bit… dull. (They had their moments but yeah…) still after words it was really good and touching.

I originally gave Clannad S1 a 7.5 and if you read my post, you should know after finishing after story I HAD to change the rating to a 9.5 but have now changed it to a 10 (See above). Well now, you don’t like Nagisa or Okazaki do you? *enters Kyou Fujibayashi mode* Then I guess I’ll have to rip out your lungs and make you eat them. > *Exists said mode* Nah, jk of course. Tehe But yeah, what I said before (What you quoted in my post) STILL stands whether you do or don’t like the two. No I didn’t. I ALMOST cried in S1 but didn’t (I held the tears back xD) it was after story and that ep that made me cry, then again, and again and again many times over with each ep after that.

Wait, rage/butthurt in my post yet you are pleased by that? 0_0 (Oh, yeah, the OTHER P word lol) The only thing I can think of that falls into that is what you quoted from me but hey, no offense intended and, we’ll see how it goes after you finish after story. How long ago did you finish S1 of Clannad? I like this theme, but a masochist theme needs to happen right after sadist theme. (That’s a bit off topic though lol)

@Supernatural-Knight: The movie might be a bit better than the series itself but hard to say really. Also in regards to the last ep.

I think I said it before but Spike dying, well, the creators or owners said he didn’t really dye and are wanting to bring him back. That’s what I heard a year or two ago from someone or somewhere but can’t remember who/where and I don’t know if it is true or not but I seem to recall really beliving it was true and I don’t listen/believe in rumors/gossip too much. (As in, grain of salt is how I take them)

Still, I didn’t like how it ended either.

 

If you liked Cowboy Bebop then Trigun is a good recommendation. I didn't think either were the "greatest things ever!" but they were at least good.

So I saw some DearS. So completely over the top with its premise of sex, slavery, and probably sexist ideals. Needless to say it melts the overworked brain cells and does its job of being a silly comedy. It bothers me more that it feels like a Chobits clone, though I did like Chobits so it's not all too bad.

 

@natsuru-san You better be watching Higurashi sub.

watched ep 1 of hellgirl s3. now thats unexpected turn.

 

Did a lot of catching up yesterday with some new release anime, I also finished Kamisama Kiss dub, now to watch Hakuoki season 3 dub.
BTW, can someone give me a link to the dub of Ikkitousen Xtreme Xecutor or upload the anime on dubtopia because every place I go has episode 5 in the first episode

 

Watched last week

Whisper of the Heart/ It was NOT as good as The Cat Returns. -_- Not even 80% as good for that matter. (Good thing I didn't get my hopes up lol)

Also watched today
Detective Conan Movie 10: Requiem of the Detectives/Rated it as a 7 which is what I rate most anime, was still good though.

Didn't watch anything yesterday cause, can you believe it, I was too into revising my uni study for the week. Log Horizon is my incentive tomorrow to get all my required assignments done at the start of the day.

Bleach. Ep 366. Wow... so that's actually it then? I've actually finished it? Wow. It was a decent ending I guess, allows for continuation of the story, but doesn't throw anything in last minute to say you have to watch it if they do continue. It does go further in the manga, I've heard? I suppose I should get around to my review for the competition soon. Oh, and now for the math: 378 days since I started Bleach (Feb 22 I think, maybe 21 if I was lining it up), minus 366 episodes equals 12 eps behind, minus the 7 episodes I left a day each so as to line up with days after the 31-day months equals 5 eps behind, plus 2 eps to line up after the first February equals 7 days. Over the course of this last year, I have only been 7 episodes behind (of one ep per day) due to causes out of my control. ^_^

Dears was kind of funny, the running gag with the shopkeeper was cool. The running gag with the overly sexed teacher was not (but it was so bad it felt like it was easy to dismiss). Still liked Chobits better and maybe Kampfer.

Anyway comedy break over, back to Twelve Kingdoms.

I wish it were dubbed and I like the dub cast, although I'll admit, for the first few eps their voices seemed off. Now I've grown used to them but yeah, going to have to watch S2 sub if I want any answers. (Almost finished with S1) But, incase the subs are slow, I'll probably hold off on watching S2 for, months a while. lol

Ok, so, finished S1 of Higurashi and now, just one question. Exactly what order do I watch the rest of the series? There's 2 OVAs listed on MAL for S1, and other stuff listed for S2 and the last thing I want, is to watch something out of order and spoil myself. Till then, I am hoping it's safe to watch S2 based on what MAL says but not sure. That ending is making me want to get right to the rest of the series. (Which sadly, is Japanese only. )

Yeah, I sorta thought about asking you guys here, but immediately realised it'd be too much trouble for them, so looked for a postage forwarding site.
So does anyone know if the one I mentioned is reputable, or can anyone recommend me one that's cheap but reputable?

Seriously though, this was a great series, really twisted and bizarre. If you don't mind a ton of gore and nudity, a must watch.

Pretty much the only character I liked was the short-haired twin. *Eyes wander down to her on the character list, across to VAs* "Brittney Karbowski"... Well, shit. I wonder if now knowing the VA will ruin the character, or if it will save the VA...

Hehe, yup. I do keep saying I'm sadistic. ;3 (Only to a certain degree in this aspect though. My sadism here doesn't go much further than what could be considered "trolling".)
Ummm... It may have been mid to mid-late last year, I'm not sure. I'm glad I did though, cause I would have lost it at Angel Beats! at the time of stressful work, which was the one I was first considering watching.
And I don't know of many/any masochists in anime...
