What Anime Are You Currently Watching / Recently Finished?

I just said that so as to explicitly outline to Natsuru that Bakemonogatari is the first season, and not Nekomonogatari.

Since last, had a couple of friends over yesterday. We watched the following on a whim.
Pokémon Origins. Holy crap, that was actually amazing. The voice acting was a little painful, but I just loved so much about this anime. Absolutely adored how they structured it so much on the games, with the text boxes for skimming over, and the save/continue game for the episode start and ends~ Oh, and good to see a Pokémon protag who actually gets shit done! XD

me finding images/gifs of kora and asami kissing towards that gold light, i cried rainbows.

for my latest activity, watched eureka 7 and stopped at ep 31. not bad as a shounen romance. im excited for the weekends to come so that i can continue the marathon.

 

Bonus points cause the creators confirmed they were in a relationship.

 

Finished up 'till episode 24 of Gintama, dang my internet is slow, glad I downloaded the other anime just in case, let me see what I'm supposed to watch once I reached this checkpoint

And yet @Supernatural-Knight says otherwise. At this point, I'm siding with MAL but both of u feel free to say/prove otherwise without spoiling the anime/series (any of them) for me.

 

Just finished Noucome. Good funny shit there. Should've taken Josh's advice and watched it sooner. But now he's advising me to watch some Yuri bear show so there is no lesson learned today.

 

To make things ABSOLUTELY CLEAR:
MAL has the Monogatari franchise listed in chronological order.
The order you watch it in is the order they were released; Bake, Nise, Neko, SS, Hana, Tsuki. ANYONE will tell you the exact same thing. Bakemonogatari eases you into the story, characters, and humour. Watching Nekomonogatari first will just leave you confused.
SOMEONE, ANYONE, back me up here???

Another. Ep 3. Holy crap. The umbrella scene. That was even better than I imagined! The tearing of the skin~ The twitching of the body~ That blood looked actually so realistic~~ I f***ing LOVED that!!
Another. Ep 4. The elevator too... Oh sweet Haruhi, why can't more anime just do things like this?...

 

Watched the first episode of Yuri Kuma Arashi today.

This is AOTS, I know it.

 

Well, just to clarify here, I don't care what order the series was released in, what I care about is what order the actual story goes in. Think Haruhi for example, 1st S & 2nd S are not supposed to be watched from start to finish and then move onto S2, that's NOT how the order of the actual story goes and thus would confuse me. But now think about Another ep 0. Sure MAL has it listed as a prequel, HOWEVER! NO ONE should EVER watch that prequel until they've watched the entire series because it flat out spoils the anime in one very BIG regard. (Mafia, seriously, don't even look up the info on MAL or anywhere for this ep or you'll ruin a part of Another for yourself, trust me on this) There are other anime that have prequels that do this very same thing or that feature a char'(s) mentioned throughout the sequel's anime but aren't shown much in it even though they're typically the ones most connected to the story because they caused the events in the story but typically the same result is the case, you don't watch the prequel first because it ruins by spoiling the show for you. Perhaps Un-go ep 0 does this? (I've not seen the series but want too, just not sure which to watch first given what MAL says about the two)

So my question is this, what is the order the actual story of the Nise/Bake series goes in? I don't care what order they were released year wise, all I care about is watching them in the order of the story and IF, it spoils things like Another ep 0 does or the above mentioned stuff then I need you to take that knowledge and lemme know if any do this, which ones do this and tell me the order I watch them in story wise but no spoilers? (So two ways to watch, one with the spoilers, the other without spoilers)

Don't do anything regarding Another Ep 0 until finished the series, got it.

Oh right, now that you mention it, something like that does happen... From memory, there are like two or three major things in Nekomonogatari that would spoil stuff in Bakemonogatari. One's a late episode of Bake I think, and the other is like the last episode of Bake.
Nekomonogatari is more just a flashback to give you detail on the stuff that you definitely should already know.
Spoiler-free way to watching is release order, which is chronological order, but Nekomono just moved to be after Nisemono. = Bake, Nise, Neko, SS, Hana, Tsuki.
Spoiler way = Chronological = Neko, Bake, Nise, SS, Hana, Tsuki.

Kaitou Joker was an awesome anime! Despite looking like a little kid's show, it SOOO is not just a kid's show. It is way better than that and I rated it an 8.0, better yet, there's going to be a 2nd season this April 6th! So many anime airing in April, will be an awesome month of anime for sure.

So I just watched the first episode of Tokyo Ghoul... disgusting to watch. Predictable plot. But, somehow just about has me hooked. Might watch more of it! I also still need to finish watching Blood+!!

SAO: Extra Edition

Whelp, that SAO movie was actually a special, but, in any case, despite the thing being mostly a recap of the entire 1st season, and despite I can't stand recaps or to see the same thing more than once these days usually, I really loved and enjoyed this and rated it the same I rated S1, an 8. Now if only S2 would get dubbed already. I am holding them to Fall of this year.

Yeah, sorry. Let me try and clarify.
The spoilery way is just the chronological order. Where as the non-spoilery way has them just moving the first season time-wise to instead be the third one you watch, pretty much a cut and paste. So yeah, watch broadcast way if you don't want spoilery stuff.
Chrono = Neko, Bake, Nise, SS, Hana, Tsuki.
BC = Bake, Nise, Neko, SS, Hana, Tsuki.

Chrono = Kizu (Whenever that comes out) --> Neko --> Bake --> Nise --> Tsuki (As this takes place somewhere after Nise and before SS) --> SS --> Hana

This is the recommended way though if you want things to make sense.

 

Yeaah... now I'm MORE confused than before...., least the MAL way is less confusing but I digress, this series has never been a priority for me and I only really care about the 1 series that Hana is in. I may never watch the anime though. :/

@Mafiacow Episode 7 of Another is the most gruesome scene I have ever witnessed!! You will flip out at the end of Another!! I hated the ending!!

Also, this version I am watching has no censorship as far as I am aware!! I nearly wanted to vomit by the end of the episode!! What she puts in his mouth!!!
