Watched some more Vampire Princess Miyu.
It's exactly what I envisioned it to be, a monster of the week episodic rump through various situations. That's fine but I wonder how long it would be until I start to lose my patience for that. At least I like the characters.

So far it's not as difficult for me to watch as the first time, though it's still in Shaft's distinctive style with text that's only there for a second (and in Japanese) that I can't read fast enough.

In regards to the thread:
So... I've been completely swamped with uni assignments these last few weeks. You know it's serious when I don't even have time for Akame... That I haven't even watched the latest three eps or so...
Though, I have been able to transfer a few eps of stuff onto my new tablet to watch when I could spare some time on my morning/arvo bus commute.
I now have only one assignment left, which I just need to work the kinks out of, due tomorrow night. After that, I'm on exam time, so any time on here/anime will most likely be procrastination. Oh wow... the fact that in just under a month I'll be on holiday again for like three months!!! I will have ALLLLLL of the time!!!

Selector Spread WIXOSS is REALLY pissing me off! The original was a TON better! This one is like a 6.5 and continuing to plummet. WHy? Spoilers for those who've yet to see s1.

Because Tama is apart from Ru and ru from Tama, both are suffering and all because of Lona and her LRIG that I forget her name. Tis REALLY pissing me off seeing them suffer like that but, because of that the show is also suffering big time to. Ru isn't battling, hardly any battles are shown and one of the few involves Tama battling with someone else whose making Tama suffer more. ALl the while this "Mayu" is enjoying and getting off on seeing others suffer, including Tama who they both apparently know and seemed so far as if good friends. Not to ention the next ep features Ru battling with her new LRIG who is yes, Lona herself and this just pisss me off even more.

This show BETTER start picking up and FAST! I've been tempted and thought about dropping it and if it wasn't for the mystery that I want to see unfold as well as those two to

not much activity for the past days. i only finished hyakka ryoran : samurai girls and at ep 7 of nana. im enjoying nana btw.

 

I completed Another. I began watching this on the 27th of Oct. as my Halloween anime (Since Sankarea unedited is still a no go sadly. -_- ) & finished it on Nov. 1st not long after it'd turned to that date and boy was it worth it! I kept trying to figure out "who" it was and couldn't. That shocking twist at the end, never saw it coming and was a total mind fuck. I was also saddened by it too though. I mean, really, the way spoiler alert although not mentioning anything super important such as who it is but still a minorish spoiler

the way that person died was just, sad and further was a surprise. So I felt really sorry for them when they died like that.

And it futher saddened me because I REALY liked that char too.

I even watched the ep 0 (Prequel) which SHOULD be watched after the main series, mainly because it has spoilers and it was real good too but also saddening, esp when u know what's going to happen to one of the chars at the end but it gives back story on them and certain events and such. I also watched the music video which was quite good. I rated all of it an 8.0 although the anime itself I was going to rate a 7.5 but because of that twist at the end, it bumped it up to an 8.0

The only thing this anime doesn't explain is, HOW the curse even began? :/ I mean yeah sure there was 1 explanation but come on, that was kind of a crap explanation and it doesn't make much sense either really.

@Kiri I see u have Mei Misaki as your avi, excellent choice might I add. Does this mean u've seen Another? If so, I need someone to talk to about this anime where I can talk about the spoilers and such.

 

@Sir-Maddy that was just my reaction when I saw that episode of Akame ga Kill, BTW how's Cross Ange, worth the time or not?
