    Well @Batosai it has been a few days since I last posted here and I've now watched 47 eps of Naruto, still it isn't seeming to be too bad of a show. I am dreading those fillers though, and yeah I'll unfortunately have to watch all of them since I'm watching this with my brother. Chances are it will decrease my fondness for the series a bit [as seen with some bullshit ep with Sakura tonight, even though it was actual show not filler, probably]. I may have been too harsh on this series all that time ago when I was younger, subs over dubs is better to watch a long running series with anyway so meh. Score so far either a high 6 or a low 7 so saying I am probably rating it 7 is accurate for now.

    @Noobs I've now seen ep 85 of Slam Dunk, I am not really enjoying this anymore. It just gets too much. When it starts getting better and I feel I could actually get caught up with the match they ruined it every time. Hanamichi shouting genius and laughing as well as all that useless chatter, it is really getting on my nerves. If these were more minimal then the games could get more focus and I'd probably prefer it then. For a sports anime it almost feels like playing serious basketball comes sec on behind the comical focus it has. If I had to rate it, it is either a 5 or 6, my final score will depend on how they finish it.

    I've also finally finished Ping Pong Club, that was a bad show. Sexual comedy from the 90s, guess the jokes back then were easier to please the masses with. I found very little to be genuinely funny in this series. 4/10

    Finished the first season of K-on!, it was good, surprisingly much better than what I thought it would be. Although it sounds like I am praising it highly I rated it a 7 because it was good but not great.

    Sounds good. Sakura is one of the most hated characters in the world of anime. She is so damn annoying especially in Naruto. Idk if you ever heard of the ''Sakura curse'', but she is the character that started it.

    looks like we see differently on how Hanamichi behaves in that series. while you get annoyed of his genius act, i get the exact opposite of it. i really enjoyed his genius moments (i know he is not and thats where the fun is). the slow pace in each match with the back-up situational talks also helped it get a big score. from how i remembered it, the games has gotten better after their match with Kainan. it did much impact on everyone and how they play their next games especially on Ryonan. Hanamichi is more into basketball and can tell that he really is into it. it saddens me that you dont enjoy it as much as i do. i really was excited on sharing that series with you coz i really did enjoy that one. its one of my greatest sports anime that i watched.

    also for my activity,

    watched till ep 20 of amagmiSS. Sakurai Rihoko arc is my least favorite arc. where is the happy end damnit!?

    My friends all watch Naruto except for me and they think Sakura is one of the best female characters in Anime.

    @Batosai yeah Naruto isn't too bad of a show, when it is being serious it is pretty easy to watch then its comedy comes in and it isn't bad but definitely not what I want to see a lot of in a ninja series.
    I know everyone hates Sakura [or at least they should, Maddy you need some new friends if they are this oblivious] but I've never heard of the Sakura curse before.

    @Noobs Hanamichi's genius acts annoy the hell out of me, he does well then laughs stupidly bragging about being a genius and gloating to the opponent about his single move. I'm also over the whole motivated by romance idea, okay I get it you didn't need to be showing how hung up on her you are. The comedy also fails in most cases for me, I wish Akagi would hit him even harder sometimes because some of those antics seriously get annoying. It isn't that the show is bad but the actions these characters make get old fast, not liking Hanamichi doesn't help either. So this is either 5 or 6, not the lowest sports anime series I've seen but it didn't live up to the hype I had heard.
    By the way the sports series I am rating the lowest is this piece of garbage which has absolutely nothing likeable in it for me. I'm rating the below series a lousy 1 so at least Slam Dunk is 5 times better than this series.

    Got distracted from posting last night.
    And forgot to mention the other day; (apparently the latest ep of) Free was screened in the APL while I was playing Love Live and watching a guy play Minecraft (64x64 slime summon ftw!~). And... I might actually be tempted to break my "Because it's not Haruhi" boycott and watch it, purely 'cause of the actual Aussie voice actors... (Dat creepy as f*** "get in the car" doe~ XD)

    Oh man... so I finished Dramatical Murder today. That last episode was a tear jerker, my god. But all in all, I have to say, I was very pleased.

    She turned around to be a pretty decent character in Shippuuden, but in Naruto she's horrible.
    I heard it from Ovyda first. Around that time came the anime Code;Breaker, with a Sakura in it who ruined all the good fighting scenes. So that made me believe in it.
    Well it's a shounen so it's bound to have comedy at annyoing times. But if Naruto wants to be serious, they definitely are.

    finished amagamiSS well its clever how they ended the serees but hehe nice try i wont do that. its an alight series for teenagers out there.

    started machine doll and now at ep 5. still early to give insights for this.
