What Anime Are You Currently Watching / Recently Finished?

Firstly, just wanna say something, was given the thought by a combination of SZS and other stuff. Regarding my mental/psychological stuff and family stuff, none of you should at all hesitate to ask me things about it if you want to know anything/more. I'm pretty much an open book to people asking, but don't like to bring things up myself... so, just wanna make it clear that questions are quite welcome. If there's ever anything I don't want to talk about, I'll say so. But don't let me saying that last sentence scare you off~

Anyaway...
In my Facebook feed today... I was told that Roka of D-Frag! was voiced by KanaHana... I was not aware of this...

D-Frag!. Ep 11. Holy crap, it is KanaHana! How are my ears actually this bad? I thought she was one of the voices I was good at recognising... And haha, I like this girl with the grey twintail hair; she amuses me. Oh Haruhi, dis moment! (screencap) Damn, I know I looked at Pink Hair's VA, but I can't remember which roles she played... And now the character who's voiced by Senjougahara's VA looks sorta like Senjougahara. XD

D-Frag!. Ep 12. Wait! The teacher guy! Is that Nyanta?!?!?! Wait, it can't be over already?!?! And @Supernatural-Knight seriously, what the actual f*** were you talking about? This anime was simply amazing, easily gets a 9 from me. And, I know I've said it before, but your taste in music is just shit. How can you not like Stalemate?
Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei. Ep 1. Yep, doing this one now. Was the next viable anime on my backlog. Oh wow, did I really recognise a voice so easily? (Araragi's VA) I feel partially redeemed for not recognising KanaHana in D-Frag! now... Hehe, easily recognised the girl to have OCD, though being me, it's kinda cheating~ Okay, I'm enjoying this so far; it's amusing.
Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei. Ep 2. Oh, hi there, Kiri!~ Haha, dat photo wall reminded me that I got the idea to do something similar purely to creep out whoever my target was. XD

 

I'm currently now watching SAO on Netflix, great to hear Cherami's voice again! <3

Sword Art Online. Ep 1. First impressions... yeah, this game doesn't really follow any MMO standards I've ever played or seen, so this kinda gives me a starting bias against it. Also, surely ALL of the people would die within days, given that they have NO access to water?...

Sword Art Online. Ep 2. Haha, I remember fighting kobolds back in my WoW days. Dat boss fighting and dungeon system is also completely different to what I've ever seen before. Oh, and you're damn right that "beater" sounds better! It's 'cause that's the CORRECT way to pronounce beta! XP
Sword Art Online. Ep 3. I'm feeling that even though they seem to be spending a lot of time on things, it still feels like it's rushing... And, I don't think I'm really connecting with any of the characters, like "They died? Okay, so what?" Last point of mention; Where are the archers?! I needs mah ranged attacks!!

 

Marathoned Mayo Chiki! I'm kinda disappointed, they cut off the ending of the manga and made a filler ending. Nonetheless a good anime

 

All that new shit... Most of it has a slice of life boring feel in ep 1.. Oh well. it's summer after all. gotta find relaxation somehow.

Finished Neon Genesis Evangelion 26. I'll mull it over and then watch End of Evangelion. That final scene just threw me off is all. Really liked it, though.

 

Nothing.... I'll watch something at work tomorrow. Perhaps i'll give that overrated Tokyo Ghoul a spin.

 

Finished up to episode 24 of Yes! Pretty Cure 5 GoGo! and it gets more actiony on every episode

Just finished Knight of Sidonia. I was pleased with the series, definitely will make sure to watch season 2 when it comes out. The action scenes were visually appealing, but perhaps a tad bit short. It is a very cool take on the whole seed of humanity concept. The soundtrack fit quite well, though I swear one of the action scores sounds quite a bit like the Phantom's theme from Phantom of the Opera. I would recommend this to any scifi/mecha fan.

p.s. It made me laugh that somebody took the time to animate the low-gravity boob physics.

Episodes 134-137 of "Hunter x Hunter (2011)".
Honestly, anything I have say about the series at this point would be a spoiler. Let's just stick to it being still a 7/10 on the animation and the story of the series is getting much better with each arc. Hopefully it'll stay faithful to the manga story line because if it ends before the manga, it's just going to be a redo of the original 1999 adaptation.

 

The 1999 version didn't even stick to the manga.
Many important characters aren't used in the older version whereas the 2011 version sticks to the manga in every way.

Also, the 1999 version ends after Greed Island, so that's been passed for a while anyway.

 

I'm aware of that. I meant it would be just like the 1999 version in terms of making up its own ending and leaving plot holes with characters such as Kurapika and Leorio. I also meant that it would be good if it continued going according to the manga.
