I just watched this about 2 weeks ago one Youtube. It's Toki wa Meguru: Tokyo Station. It's an ONA for the Tokyo Stations 100 years.

 

Dangit you beat me to the punch!

 

I don't know this one, but Moon Phase is the best anime created, for the record.

 

I liked it, but it's far from a masterpiece and even further from being my favourite.
Anyway, that's only my opinion.

 

For the record, I've seen a whole 1 episode and it's a loli show with the trippiest OP ever so I "like" it ironically. NEKOMIMI MODO DESU!

Watch the whole thing before saying it's the best. It's just some generic forbidden vampire relationship. It's not bad, but it's not that good either.
