    There will always be the discussion whether Light is a good guy or a bad guy. Imo he is pure evil. Like Guts says he keeps that certain charisma, with all he does, he maintains that perfect smile, but behind that smile is evil. He started doing all this for the simple reason of being bored. Nothing ever bothered him about all the events, except when it started to get dangerous for himself. The only thing working in Lights favor is that he's the main character and for that reason can't be an ordinary villain and the fact he only aims at bad guys.

    He even outsmarted the amazing L that was said to catch every single criminal without even showing his face.

    Very tough decision, we all know of the horrible future that SERN brought about in Steins Gate. But Light was slaughtering hundreds by himself to purify the world.
    I think I'll go with a single character rather than an organisation simply because we got to watch him fall into the depths of truly being a villain.

    I think he's a good guy but in anime he is the villain cuz his methods are wrong.

    This is very hard for me. Kamui is a great character who always smiles throughout his kills and enjoys it to the fullest. Frieza most of us knows how evil he is. I chose his picture of the (probably) most evil deed he's ever done. Frieza, like Kamui laughs while killing people. I'm gonna wait with voting and see how it goes. I think i can predict it though.
