Ah, I haven't played the third one. It was never released over here. I highly doubt this laptop could handle a PS2 Emu.

Exellent taste @Veritas Odium Parit. Grandia 1 main theme is my favorite opening theme tied with the op of Wild Arms 1.

Ah, yes. Grandia was a cool game. Loved Grandia 2 on Dreamcast.

I go through periodic phases where I binge on the Chrono Cross OST.

    @Sporadic I played Grandia 2 on the PS2.

Now to bump this thread up again. Enjoy the wonderful piece that is To Zanarkand by Nobuo Uematsu for Final Fantasy X. Not very good quality. But, that's YouTube for you.

Man I wish my Dreamcast didn't die on me. Toy Commander was boss. At least they put some of the other games on the Gamecube. Sonic Adventure 1 and 2 are my favorite sonic games and the soundtracks for the levels were perfect.

Time Hollow. Endlessly useful soundtrack of generic video game songs.

Nice try Spor, but that song will not be stuck in my head! Have this one stuck in your head instead. The World Ends with You has the catchiest songs. They start off as annoying when you first play the game, but after a while, they get stuck in your head and you learn to love them!! ^^

resident evil 3 end theme: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HD7cJI9OpBU
after that horror and thrilling experience, one really deserves this slow rock ending theme.

Here's one from Dark Souls. This theme kind of sets the mood for the game IMO

EDIT: Holy crap this was composed by Motoi Sakuraba! This just made the game even more awesome.

Ah, I still need to play Shadow of the Colossus and finish ICO.

Yeah, it's a shame about the P4 songs.

I still say the ending credits to Pokemon White and Black is the best piece of music I've ever heard in the Pokemon games. It's so epic, I love it :D

    One of my favorites.

I could listen to that one all day. BTW I've never heard that version before. Is it from the DS release? Oh and here's a song from Chrono Cross:

@Aizengard It's from Chrono Trigger: Resurrection which is an unreleased fan game. The project was initially called CT64 and was meant to be a complete remake of the original game for the Nintendo 64, with both 2D and 3D playing modes. The score for the demo was composed by Mathew Valente, who had been with the project since its Nintendo 64 version. The score was to consist in arrangements of the official Chrono Trigger soundtrack written by Yasunori Mitsuda, Nobuo Uematsu and Noriko Matsueda. Valente's goal was to retain the feeling of the original music while enhancing it for a modern platform. Most of the arrangements were created in the Impulse Tracker format, then converted to MIDI and enhanced with a number of tools.

In 2004, the project was publicly closed after Square Enix issued a cease-and-desist letter to Resurrection Games for trademark and copyright infringement.

And yes, Chrono Cross, in my opinion, had one of the best soundtracks ever.
