    Your particular issue is not a broken video problem, so your post has been moved to the appropriate section.

    Our development team will take a look at the issue and seek out what may be causing it. In the mean time, we will need some information about your system:
    Your operating system and version: Windows 10, Windows 7, Mac OS X 10.4, Android 8.1, iOS 7, etc
    The browser you are using to view the page: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari, Stock Android browser, etc.

    Also, try clearing out your cache. This is the most often over looked solution that solves 99% of the problems some users face when browsing the web. The steps to take differ from browser to browser and from system to system.

    UPDATE: The issue has been found and a solution is being worked out.

    A solution is still being worked out. Once the issue has been fixed, the thread prefix will be updated to "fixed" once we have the desired result.
