    Ok this IS a lost cause but I'm sticking with my nominee. A little back round on Satellizer: Her nickname is the "Untouchable Queen" due to her phobia of being touched. With that said, she's always trying not to get touched (wehther its in a fight or at school) but when she is touched, she has no pity on them. This of course changes when the MC hugs her, thinking its his sister, and she get all shy and embarrassed, like your typical tsundere. She goes as far as inviting the MC to her room to perform a baptism in him Also, she has a thing for hamburgers.
    As far as Shana goes, I have not seen the anime but I have read the first 2 vol. of the manga and so far she lacks in the dere dere (デレデレ) department

    Now let me tell you why accelerator is a tsun, it starts with the 3 stories Arc (the arc before the golem and ending of season one) Accelerator just being defeated by touma is being constantly challenged by people for his top seat and he dispactes them with by breaking their arms or having lose and eye etc but he leaves on person in particular unharmed Last Order. Despite being annoying and mesing with he he never lays a harmful hand on her. It is later shown that he is protecting/trying to save her using his vector control when he is shot, instead of protecting him self. It is here we also see him keeping Yoshikawa Kikyou alive by using vector control while unconcus to keep her blood flowing despite being shot in the heart.

    Season 2 we get to see more of Accelerators dere side in a couple of situations. The first is a comedic relief showing Accelerator and Last Order living with Yomikawa Aiho, Last Order is constantly splashing Accelerator while he complains to Aiho wishing for Last Order to stop. The Second is in the remnant arc, in which a piece of tree diagram is recovered Accelerator confronts Musujime Awaki and destroys the piece as requested by Last Order, but not before complaing that he was dragged out of the hospital to take care of "some third string loser".

    Got more examples just trying my best to stay out of novel territory unless i need to.
