The Princess's Hidden Power

Zyxll placed his hand on the sides of the glass making it an anti magic field from the outside. From the inside he could do whatever he needed to, only to escape. He didn't want any of the guards to help him, he thought about how he would get out of the glass and he understood if glass burns to hot then it will break. Placing his hand in front of him he turned his body temperature (exclusively in his hand.) To the melting point of glass turning it to sand. The glass shattered above him as he escaped himself. Zyxll never once was afraid for his life, in fact he understood the challenge was a simple task of if he could accomplish it.

Zyxll raised his voice so the courtyard could hear. "All of the men who came here to bravely protect me, fear not. I am very well and nothing and no one has harmed me. I would like to dismiss all of you, as we have a guest for the next few weeks. He will be teaching me all forms of magic. His name is Yhir and please give him a consistent supply of honey."

Zyxll walked away from the garden and began to look around for Yhir figuring that he would eventually just bump into him. He wanted to create a time with him that could work for both of them.

 

Yhir had made it into the servant's pantry and was raiding it summarily for honey, and once again it was screaming that directed Zyxll's path to him.
"First lesson, learned," Yhir commented. His paws scraping the shelves, he found a very small pot of it used for applying to bread, and he started scooping as much out as he could with his claw.
"Other mages here, ayee?" he asked, sucking the honey off the claw.

 

"Yhir, you and I are the only 2 mages here." He said while he watched Yhir eat honey. He didn't know what to do any further so he just waited.

 

"Threat is coming, here, kill you all, ayee."
Yhir licked out the pot completely.
"Make sure you ready, I am. Got to be ready."

 

With a wide smile, I nod and shake her hand firmly.
"Alright, a deal it is. I'll be looking forward to it."
Then I lean back in my chair, putting my hands behind my head.
"I guess the only question now is how soon can we make this happen? Let's see...I think I have tomorrow open, if that works for you."
At least I think I can make it happen tomorrow. I still don't know what happened with that Yhir guy. Not only that, who knows when something else could happen at the castle...I've pretty much got to be ready for anything at any time. Ah, who am I kidding? Lucius can handle anything security-related whether I'm there or not and I don't think we have any important diplomatic meetings anytime soon.

"Yeah, I can figure something out, definitely."
I mutter under my breath before looking at Celest again.
"So, let's say you do win this-- not that I'm counting on that or anything. You're gonna teach me the ways of TLC, huh? I won't lie to you, you've got your work cut out for you. The only TLC I've ever done is Training, Learning and Combat."
I give her a wry smile and chuckle a little.

 

Cereza rose from her sleep and looked around her room, as she rubbed her right eye. 'Why is one of the servants wailing?' She thought.
Cereza sung her feet off her bed and she sleepishly walked over to her door and opened it. She followed the wailing until she saw her brother. "Zyxll, what's going on?" She asked him, not noticing the castle's guest.

 

OOT: okay...I think we can push this forward a bit...what do you say?

 

OOT: Really the question seems to be can we move on without Jenova?

 

OOT: of course we can ^.^

 

OOT: I'm down for that. Should we rewrite history and make a new lord of the clan or just push Jenova's characters to the background?

 

OOT: Destroy my characters, kill them, or play them. Unfortunately I don't have as much free time as I used too which really made me have to overall stop RPing for quite some time. I even slowed down greatly in Extraordinary Regularity. I am afraid I cannot take on any role that would be extremely major. But at the time of creation I was capable. I am sorry for slowing this Roleplay down to the point it has gotten too. I hope some good old fashioned posts get this bad boy going again. We also lost a few pivotal Rpers because of real life actions. (Job, hate, depression, disgust.) really it could be a number of things. I've been working 32 hours a week so my brain is just mush most of the time.

Again I apologize for the inactivity and the extreme production lost. I just can't take on as many roles as I had before. I work way too much and on my days off I just wanna sleep or talk to my girlfriend. I hope you all understand. Around Christmas I will hopefully be able to pick back up but please don't count on it. Keep doing what you're doing and make this RP great. That's not a request that's a demand soldiers!

 

OOT: it's okay Jenova. It happens.
We should recast the roles Jenova had, and if you want to (Jenova) you can make a character that shows up occasionally. If not, that's okay too. We still love you ^.^

 

OOT: @JenovaCell It's fine, don't worry about it. Real life stuff happens and it's good that you're taking care of what's important first. We'll be waiting whenever you're able to come back.

@Shinimagami It's funny you should say that because I was giving it a lot of thought today and I think we should do exactly that, and if there's no objections then I'll be the one to take over for his characters. Of course someone else could do it too if they want, I'm just volunteering because Jenova and I talked over Skype quite a few times about plotlines we were going to do and I'm pretty confident that I could make it work solo, although it might not be quite as good as the original design with only half of Team Dungeonova working on it. But hey, it'll still be pretty awesome. Thoughts, anybody?

OOT: There's been a slight change of plans. Jenova messaged me over Skype and he says that he still wants to play Zyxll and that he'll be posting soon. In other words, I'm only going to be taking over for Centurion. So let's hope it actually works out this time. If it doesn't and the RP gets left hanging again...well, let's just hope it doesn't come to that.

 

As Asami got to the princess's room, he noticed that her door was open slightly. His mind went on full alert as he went in with his sword at the ready. He looked around and saw that she wasn't there. As he scanned the room he heard yelling from down the hall. Without a second to spare he lept thru the doorway and into the hallway and listened. Once he found the direction the noise was coming from he sprinted like lightning bolt towards the servants quaters, drawing his sword out. It was charged and ready to go when he got to the servants quarters.

"Whats going on!" Asami yelled out as he scanned the room. He noticed that Zxyll was there as well as Cereza.

"There you are.... what exactly are you two doing? and what was all of that noise...." He then noticed someone he's never seen before raiding a pantry. On instinct he got in front of Zxyll and Cereza and readied his tai chi sword to this unexpected guest, sparks rolling off of it's edges.

"If you know whats good for you, You will state your business for I am with the lord's elite guard!" Asami said so he could assess the situation.

OTT: Okay I'm back! I apologize for not posting as well but things are starting to come back in order, in a sense.

 

Cereza looked at Asumi, clearly she was tired. "Something woke me up, so I decided to find out what it was." Cereza replied, with a small yawn following her answer.

Xia, in her cat form, sat on a nearby chair...as far as she knew, only the Lord, Lady, and the staff (kitchen, maids, general workers etc..) knew who she was...though only the Lord and Lady had seen her in her second form.
Xia tilted her head slightly at the action happening in front of her. She looked from Asumi, to the stranger, and meowed...as if she wanted some kind of attention...really, she just wanted to defuse the situation before the remainder of the castle was awakened.

 

OOT: So...I don't think Jenova's coming back. Again.

If he doesn't show up pretty soon, I'm just gonna go ahead and commandeer his characters so we can finally get things moving along. Any objections? Now's the time to speak up.
