same. I saw it and thought "are these from that Nisekoi anime? or maybe that one with the cats? I know I haven't seen this show but these characters look familiar" so I'm guessing the designs are just so generic they make you feel like you've seen them somewhere before. Like the pink haired girl and the guy look a lot like what I'd imagine Louise and Saito would like like after aged a few years.

 

What anime has high school girls gathered around a table eating snacks? They're all really cute and I just can't seem to remember.


On a serious note, which anime has this character who cuts himself, throws blood around, and snaps his fingers causing his blood to explode? I want to say either Speed Grapher or Darker than Black but I am not sure.

 

Sounds like the second one but there could be another show that also has that. Any more details to be sure?

My initial post was more of a joke question, because they're are soooo many anime like that, I thought it would be funny to reference that (I love those kinds of shows too. K-on, Yuyushiki, YuruYuri, Non Non Biyori, Lucky Star, etc.)

I haven't heard of hidamari sketch though, I'll have to check that one out it seems like something I would like.

I must ask though what is your avatar/picture from? the girl spinning in the chair. She is adorable.

 

Hidamari Sketch, like Aria and Azumanga Daioh is what SoL is meant to be. I recommend it for you as it's great to watch if you've had a bad day at work/school.

The character in my avatar is Reinforce Zwei, who is from Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha StrikerS, which is the third season of the Nanoha franchise. I highly recommend it.

 

Maddy, question. My memory's f***ed up. Was this the "dark magical girl anime" you recommended me?

I can confirm that, it's Strike the Blood, good anime that one if you like vampires, harem and action

 

Yeah the girl was a dead giveaway because that it totally the main heroine. The only problem with the anime though is the plot just sort of stops. The LN it's based off of is still ongoing and at the point the anime leaves off quite a few things are still unresolved and in fact quite a few major things are revealed right as the anime ends. So really I'd say check out the LN it's based on if you can or wait for season 2 (assuming it ever comes) before you bother to check this out. Unless you don't mind anime ending without any real conclusion.

Overall it is a pretty decent anime though so there is that.
