Now here's my opinion about another 3 anime that aired:

Akagami no Shirayuki-hime: Fantasy? Romance? Shoujo? It was a pretty entertaining first episode, wonder how it will go later on
Joukamachi no Dandelion: Now that was a good laugh, this one's sure to be worth the while
Non Non Biyori Repeat: Something relaxing, I really missed this show, good to see it back in action

As for To Love-Ru Darkness 2nd, not watching until BD's come out, dam I hate censorships on every corner of it

Saw chaos dragon....... let me just say it shows that this was made by like 5 different guys and not completely in a good way. The tone felt a bit all over the place and the end even has a freaking death counter with his friends on it and the preview for the next episode says on will die. Which kinda annoys me because why bother having characters die if you're basically taking away any surprise or emotion from it? It feels extremely pointless and just makes the tone this show is going for even more confusing.

On the bright side the show seems to have a rather vibrant world in a way with a lot of interesting looking characters which is the good part of having 5 veterans working together. But while the first episode wasn't horrible and the show still have a chance to turn out well it doesn't look very promising.

I know that feel girl, I know that feel, worst part is that there's gonna be more of it, I can't tolerate that kind of animation

Ya'll've been talkin bout some of the anime I plan to watch, I really need to get to seeing what all I will be watching...

I still haven't started "season 2" (although I did take a looksy at both eps) however, like Natsu said, I know how ya feel too. Eroge! H mo Game mo Kaihatsu Zanmai was perfect where it ended at ep 2... SADLY, they decided to cash in on it and include 3 more eps which featured stuff that supposedly happened DURING their dev of the game... some of which might I add, contradicted the 1st 2 eps... not to mention it just wasn't as great...

... ya know, I never thought I'd see the day when I would be talking about a hentai with someone, more so people I know. lol I also realize I could only do this through text, never with actual words. lol

Seriously, there is another Futabu hentai? Didn't call that.

Downloaded Gangsta, Monster Musume (because I'm stupid), Chaos Dragon and while it's not new, JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. Might try to watch them today. Not sure yet though. Trying to get back into watching anime, but I get the feeling if I watch one really, really bad show it's going to ruin my anime watching mood.

Hey Monster Musume is actually pretty good. Sure it doesn't break any new mold or anything besides the whole monster girl thing but it has enough going for it to be a good series and it's characters are interesting enough to help carry it. I haven't seen the first episode of the anime yet but assuming they adapt it probably it should be pretty good.

Yeah, I read quite a bit of the manga and thought that it was a fun read but I don't tend to like ecchi anime. I don't mind ecchi manga for some reason. I did watch it and it was okay. was a lot like the first 2 chapters of the manga.

    More first impressions:

Chaos Dragon: I dropped this 2 minutes in, take that for what it's worth
Bikini Warriors: Boobs/10 and slutty seiyuus
Teekyuu 5: Still as awesome as ever, that OP seems very bollywood influenced
Non Non S2: Confusing first episode, though it was pretty cute
MonMusu: This was a pretty good first episode, it stuck well to the manga minus 1 bit which I don't remember happening in the manga. Also thank you Yuu Kobayashi for being Ms. Smith, you do things to me.

First thoughts on some of the crap I downloaded.

Aoharu x Kikanjuu: It was all right. Thought it was a yaoi at first TBH. Also one of the characters looks like the Persona 5 protag.

Bikini Warriors: Only watched it because of the name. Thankfully it was only 4 to 5 minutes long. Also the logo was made the same way that the Dragon Quest logo is.

Chaos Dragon: I think the last anime I saw that I disliked this much and could pridict what was going to happen from beginning to end was Black Bullet. This anime was all over the damn place and just could not pick a tone and stick with it. I thought it got better right in the last three minutes, so I might give it the three episode watch.

Charlotte: I take back what I said about Chaos Dragon. Jesus Christ, that was the worst. I hated every single second of it, and it figures that it's by Key, so I guess, again, I'm the insane one for hating it. I can pridict what's going to happen by the end of the series. The MC's sister is going to die, they are all going to lose they're powers and then it'll be sad and everyone will eat it up. I mean, that's why Angel Beats was so popular, right? I mean who needs likable characters and a good plot when you've got feeeeeeeeeeeeeeellllllllzzzzzzz!

Gangsta: Well that was cool. Couldn't really think of anything about it that I disliked. Then again, I had just watched Charlotte before, so litterally anything would have been better. It was really cool, I liked the characters and the animation was nice.

Interesting how EVERYONE has pretty much the same reaction to Chaos dragon. I've peaked at the comments on two different sites and everyone feels the tone was all over the place. The part I hated the most was again the arbitrary death of the girl. Like we barely know this girl and not only do you kill you you make it pretty clear she's not the only one so get used to it. The action was pretty dull too now that I think about it. Like after he makes the deal he's all glowing and looks kinda cool but he just clumsily swings his sword a few times and then uses a bit fire attack which they don't even show all of because they cut the scene to people seeing the overly large fire attack from all across town.

As for Charlotte I was thinking about maybe checking this out but from what you've said it's not for me. I don't really like shows that have feelz just for the sake of feelz. If they happen as a natural progression of the story then fine but if the characters and "story" only exist to get to the feelz or if they are forced into the story then I generally dislike them.

I'm still considering Gangsta. Would you compare it at all to black lagoon? It looks like it might be kinda similar and while it was a bit darker than what I normally watched I actually liked Black Lagoon so if this is similar I might check it out.

Finished the first episode of Gakkou Gurashi. Most of the episode deferentially had a SoL feel to it, even the OP, however there were a few, I assume intentional, disconnects. The Stephen King book, a random blockade in the hallway, a cross in the rooftop garden, and the sounds the "PE class" was making. Not to mention the way Mii-kun responded to rooms that supposedly had classes. If the hints weren't enough, the ending sure made it clear how things really are. I think I'm going to like this series.

Game of Laplace: Dark edgy mystery with horror crimes. If it werent for the fact that the MC was devoid of expression, even when excited, I'd like it more. Still definitely worth a go and a club activity.:D
Chaos Dragon: the first sub was unspeakably terrible, later ones were much better. If it keeps up with the whole sacrifice thing, it could be more than meets the eye
Gatchaman Crowds Insight: I marathoned the first season so I could watch it. I'd recommend it.:D
Classroom crisis: Smart kids + special school + their new director is personally going to downsize them = watch 2nd ep to see what its actually about o_O
GATE: Crossover of Japan and a fantasy world. I started the manga and remember liking it. :D
Aoharu x Kikanjuu: They call them survival games but they are really just extreme airsoft (with some roleplaying with what i remember from the oneshot) Combine a host, doujinshi artist, and reverse trap to make a team and thats what its about. I'll give it a chance.:)
Okusama ga Seitokaichou: Nerd lost to girl who ran on a sexual freedom platform for class president. Oh and he's apparently engaged to her. Skeptical but I'll give it another episode
Rokka no Yuusha: slightly obnoxious self proclaimed strongest man in the world teams up with others to save the world from a demon. Would be average but I know the twist that should come up next episode. :)
Shimoneta: Dirty words are outlawed due to an extreme public morals law. MC comes from school with worst morals score to the best, but is blackmailed to join the local moral terrorist. Making fun of political correctness and funny as hell. :D
Ushio to Tora: boy and demon in the basement join up. Old school animation style and the humor on par with Hajime no Ippo. I like it already.:)
Charlotte: World of imperfect superpowers and now there is a school for those people until the grow out of the power. Worthless startup episode but I'll give it a shot on the premises. o_O
Gangsta: Seems to be a gritty gangster version of Getbackers, except they beat up thugs and are called the handymen. Club event so Im watching. :)
Dragon Ball Super: Seems to throw back to the original dragon ball style of humor but in DBZ atmosphere. Thankfully nothing like GT. Time will tell if it will fly. :)
Jitsu wa Watashi wa: MC cant keep a secret and is read like an open book. Now he knows the girl he likes is a ditzy vampire and has to keep it a secret. I'll give it a few episodes but I dont see the rom-com doing if for me.o_O
Joukamachi no Dandelion: Royal family of superpowers has an election to decide the next king/queen. every move is watched and MC hates it. Give it a few eps... o_O
Monster Musume: I read the manga a while back and enjoyed it. The anime not so much. So much ecchi tension I could puke. Should nominate this for the ecchi club...
Bikini Warriors: Another ecchi club nomination. This one less sex, more simple fanservice. But hey its a short and with bikinis so its fine.:)
Overlord: Oh no! Another stuck in a game anime! And he's top level! The only difference is he is alone. I'm normally a sucker for these but Im only going to give this a few eps. :(
Kuusen Madoushi Kouhosei no Kyoukan: Aerial Combat mage school with a touch of mystery, and a harem. Just another one of these Novel adaptations that interest me, but guaranteed to disappoint in the end. o_O
Gakkou Gurashi!: cute, but i was promised HOTD zombie action. We'll see... o_O

I doubt it. They seem to be doing the whole sacrifice thing rather sloppily. I get this is just based on something made up by 5 different guys with different styles but they could have tried harder when making it an anime to smooth out the tone and story. As it is it feels too messy.
Yeah I love stupid anime like this. They are dumb but in a fun way that just keep you smiling from beginning to end.

It's a little different from stuck in a game though. First of all the moment he gets stuck everything starts to act like it's real and he doesn't seem connected at all to his original body. Second he barely gives getting back a second though and even Log Horizon at least gave going home a thought a few times. So it's more like a "person gets sent to a fantasy world" but his body and surroundings are mysteriously molded after the game. But the HUD and other game things have already vanished so it's different from most anime with a premise that starts with a game like this.

I've never seen Black Lagoon so I wouldn't know. I do think it's great though.

Gakkou Gurashi: Holy shit, it was actually pretty good, even though they switched many things around from the manga.
