Bato, I realize its important to you that everyones opinion of a show always run parallel with yours. But you're just gonna have to get over it.

 

This is what happens when two people who can't handle their alcohol come on to post

 

Makai Ouji: Devils and Realist ep 3. Dat hand kiss.. The Shounen ai is getting to be a bit too much. All male cast with feminine features, the previous "relationship" with the MC and Dantalion and the constant implications of dominance through "commanding" is conveyed in such a way that is starting to bother me. After doing a bit of searching around in the manga I'm going to drop this one before I waste anymore time.

 

Spor, what did you expect Chikai Kon?
She’s done Yaoi anime before, plus add the fact that in the trailer, someone kisses Dantalion.
If you were expecting something not gay, well I’m sorry.


Someone recommended this one, I had no knowledge of anything going into it. Plus, how am I to know authors who write yaoi when I don't watch/read anything with that theme?

@Supernatural-knight are you watching Gatchaman Crowds? Their form and abilities while in Amnesia Effect is strikingly similar to the avatars in Accel World. I'm digging the animation so far too, especially the two tone coloring style of everyones hair.

Wait, the trailer for Makai Ouji had Dantalion kissing someone? I must of not watched the trailer then, well for now it is just kind of doing nothing so I may end up dropping it too but I guess as long as it doesn't start to bore me I'll keep watching it.

Now @sporadic, yeah I am watching Gatchaman Crowds and I am enjoying it quite a bit actually. I noticed the sleek similarities to Accel but since they are both very different series I never really payed it much more of a thought than that. The animation is ridiculous at times which just makes it even more fun to watch. The protagonist is such an idiot that she is really enjoyable to watch, apparently everything is cute including your enemies and scissors and a horrible giraffe head screwed on your wall. I think most of all that smile she has with her personality makes this worth watching, definitely is a somewhat unique character.

 

I watched the third episodes of Gatchaman Crowds today.
I didn’t realise this until the end but the OST sounds bloody amazing.
That techno one has become a favourite of mine.


Yeah. Its one of my favorites from the season too.

 

Kamisama is actually good, after the two series from last season turning into the romance of the loli's I was worried if this was going to do it also. For now at least I don't think they will put in anything like that thankfully. It looks like its next episode will also have some more emotional content Maddy so prepare yourself.

Now about other shows, anyone else noticing references in any shows? ServantxService had senran kagura which follows on from its previously shown date a live, while I could have sworn in Watamote when she was lying on her bed that the manga next to her [which mysteriously vanished by the way] had Lucy from ServantxServant on the cover. Now I can't be absolutely sure considering the angle of the shot and how little importance it had, but judging from bust size and the cowlick I'd say it was her.

Also Kitakubu's ep 3 err I mean 4 [if your watching it you know what I mean], I feel sorry for the 4th wall as it is in pieces now. This show I never expected much from but after that newest episode I am finding it a lot more interesting. It has used other references before mostly "its over 9000" and scanner, but after that episode I wouldn't be surprised if they threw in a whole tone more.



So how are the shows everyone else is watching going, any particularly good ones?
