The New Release Club's General discussion

All the people I know at uni are raving about it. I'm considering it now.

 

yeah you really don't expect much form this show at first as the synopsis on MAL is pretty standard. But it focuses more on the comedy than it's setting which is why it stands out. The setting and romance are still there but the show is just more focused on the comedy which works well in this case.

 

You really honestly should watch it, it's so funny.
It has delicious seiyufu trap and it's just like "AWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW DAMN"
Also, the same VA for Nobunaga is in it.

I swear, you better pick it up, or I'll cry.

But yeah, the show is really funny.

And I can't get enough of Nozaki-kun.
HOW CAN ONE ANIME BE SO FUNNY?
It didn't help that I watched Sabagebu! prior to watching this.

I can say something though.
DAT MAI NAKAHARA STILL, I'M EXCITED FOR NEXT WEEK WHERE SHE RIDES A TROLLEY

 

But it really is funny! you can never have enough funny when it's good funny. Would it make a different if I said it's more structured comedy and not so much random nonsense type comedy?

So I'll just give short things I like with the anime I'm caught up with this season:
Akame ga Kill! - Akame is best.
Fate Kaleid 2 - Dem yuri kisses.
Hanayamata- It's cute.
Higmegoto - Traps, everywhere. I'm just waiting for the reverse-trap.
P4GA - Seems like a bunch of OVA's that should be inserted during the original P4A.
Rail Wars! - I like trains. (hehe). It's more entertaining that I originally thought it would be.
Sabagebu! - Fun for a casual watch.
Blade Dance - So far it's what I've expected. Hope the lewdness is kept tasteful.
SAO II - Kirito is now a trap.

Man, need something new to watch from this season, @Sir-Maddy is Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun worth the watch? Have it on my "might watch" list that's why

We need some more interesting smilies. Right now we only have a handful and they are all boring. What happened to the old JD ones? those were at least better then these.

You know, I just watched episode 3 of Nozaki-kun and all I have to say is: I DIED OF LAUGHTER!!!!, this is one good comedy that it's really worth the watch and it's one of the few comedy anime that made me die of laughter

 

Just wait until next week.

 

Does Aldnoah Zero count? It's by a guy anime fans have nicknamed "urobutcher" because of his tendency to kill off characters and having things take a dark turn (Like puella magica). Not sure how this show will turn out but would it be good enough to count for the deal?
