Why is there so much goodness to watch!?
Tokyo Ghoul, look into it. Made me read the manga and catch up to it...this show's going to be good...

 

I watched a couple things so far. Haven't gotten to watching Tokyo Ghoul yet. Sorry. Anyway here are my thoughts on the two things I watched.

Serei Tsukai no Blade Dance: I watched bits and piece of this before starting it up and was
really looking forward to it. I thought it was gonna be an over the top action anime just
from the intro scene where what looked like a preistess with a sword was fighting a girl
in a gigantic mecha that fired canon balls out of sholder mounted canons and rapid speed.
What I got was bland disapointment. That scene was the only cool thing about it and it ended
as soon as it began. The plot is generic and the character, especially the MC, are bland
and borring. I'll give it the three watch thing and see if I should finish it or not.

Momo Kyun Sword: Okay I'll be honest. I picked this series knowing it was gonna be bad, but
I wasn't expecting it to be as fanservicey as it is. TBH it feels like a kids anime, kinda
something like what 4kids would pick up, but it has too much in the way of tits jiggling
and ass shots. It feels like they were just added in because why not? I'll watch
one more episode of it just to see if it get's better, but I really doubt it.

New episode of Nozaki-kun is coming.

 

so far im loving Zankyou no Terror , finished episode 2, I really like the style of the show, like the camera work its seems really fluent , and in some cases it has that little shaky camcorder effect. I love the atmosphere in this show as well, also not a lot is given away so it really makes you want to watch that next episode! The artwork is very detailed and smooth , I just love it! Seems like each character may have a very dark past, especially the 2 guys, and then we have the out cast girl. We dont know much about her but it seems her home life is very difficult, I really cant wait to see how this show progresses.

 

OH GOD THAT GIF IS TERRIBLE!

Anyway I did end up watching episode 3.

Yeah, I am enjoying this anime far too much. I have to give myself some time after each ep to cool down before whatever I watch next so that a) I don't taint this glorious series, and b) So that my expectations aren't ridiculous for whatever I watch next~ :3 And ALL DEM SCREENCAPS AND WALLPAPERS!!!

 

Yes but episode 3 was as good as episode 2.

haha, I would hope a lot of people are wathcing this show, there is a hell of lot going for it! This is one of the better anime ive seen, where they have created such an interesting intricate and quite dark sense of atmosphere. Those 2 guys must have had a harsh past as they did reiterate how they were "weak" and were not able to save some certain people. As for the girl, not only is her mother slightly crazy ( IMO ) the bullying at school and everything she went through , made her join those 2 guys" a. As I said there is a lot going for this show, and its very refreshing seeing an anime with such brilliant art and camera work as well as not giving loads away at the start. As if I myself think about it, I actually have no idea whats going on, I dont know why there doing what there doing, I dont know what kind of messed up past those guys and that girl have had, All I know is that I am loving every second of it and I crave more!

Also loving the OP, its really strange, yet wonderfully done, the op itself dosnt even give anything away, unless you pay close attention to the lyrics!

 

So... has anyone started watching Terror in Resonance? Can I make a thread to discuss it?

 

Just watched the first two today! An exciting show! I am ready to talk about it

 

I expected Blade deance to be rather bland. In fact to the shows credit it was less bland than I expected. It's no work of art and the heroine feels like a cross between louise and Shana but I've seen worse. I agree on the MC though he needs something more eye catching to his character. So I'm going to watch more but not expecting this to be anything more than a time killer.

I kind of like Momo Kyun Sword just for the sheer absurdity of it. It's not all that great but it has enough of that "WTF am I even watching" that I'm not too bored.

agreed Nozaki is simply a hilarious show.

... you sure know how to make a guy feel akward. But yeah while they weren't the funniest moments it was pretty funny when during her first scene the "Prince" suddenly gets knocked out by the president and dragged off.

I loved it, I thought it was a breath of fresh air.

 

So Nozaki-kun had me laughing my head off again.

Yeah they were all "Lets write a doujin for the side character but who should be his love interest? IT'S TOTALLY THE MAIN CHARACTER!" and it somehow turned into yaoi.

 

Well I figured I'd wait more episodes this time before really trying to sell it. It a fun series that is worth checking out. I've found each episode so far to have some truly hilarious moments. I'm not quite sure what else to say. It's just a funny show.
