I finished BlazBlue and Coppelion today.
I won't talk about Coppelion still.
But BlazBlue, I was so happy Makoto was alive at the end. ;_;

 

Last Fall seasonal finished today: Little Busters!: Refrain.
I cried, so much throughout the series like a little bitch.

 

Okay I finished the last of the anime ending this season that I watched so I guess it's time for final thoughts

Infinite stratos 2 3/10

My god I have never felt like my time was so wasted. So we went through 12 episodes and zero real plot progression. We still don't no a damn thing about Phantom task, who that "other sister" is, what miss rabbit ears in planning, or anything for that matter. This entire season just just one big tease filled with nothing but boobs and forshadowing. They introduced a lot of things that could have been at least a little interesting but all they freaking do is forshadow all of it. They show that girl that wants to kill Chifuyu but we don't know for sure who she is or why she wants to kill her. Is she a clone? Is Chifuyu the clone? EXPLAIN ANIME! What about Phantom task? How did they get ahold of that girl? How do they have so many IS units? Who is in charge and what exactly are they trying to accomplish? We know so little about everything. Season 1 may not have been a work up art but at least it was a million times better than this. Most of the episodes were spent introducing and adding girls to the harem but at least that gave plenty of character development and the unmaned drone attack problem was solved during the last episode. But this season felt like without a bunch of new harem girls to add the writers didn't know how else to waste time and just tried random junk hoping it would work..... it didn't. This has to be one of the worst anime this season.

I Couldn't Become a Hero 7.5/10

This anime was pretty good. It had a fun caste and it knew how to show them off. Watching Fino try to learn thing while occasionaly acting like a final boss in a cliche RPG was fun and the rest of the cast had their own little quirks that were fun to watch. It's primarily a comedy so you can't expect a really deep plot but for a comedy it certainly did have a good one. The last episode was surprisingly action packed and had some good emotional moments. It was a really good finisher to an already fun series.

Outbreak Company 8/10

Another good series. It felt a little slow during a couple episodes plot wise but the episodes were still fun to watch and again it had a pretty well thought out plot when the writers could have just as easily thrown in a little more fan service and throw away gags and just called it a day. It's good to see a series where it feells like the writers actually give a damn about their own work and aren't just milking Otaku's for more money. I've sung this show plenty of praises in the past so I won't say much more here. But I highly recommend this one.

Ars Nova 6/10

Overall my opinion of this show improved a lot. The mental models were the highlight of the show and even the MC improved at least some by the end. But the plot felt a bit unfocused with them reaching the last episode without accomplishing the one task they had the entire time. It was just kinda Someone goes to a random location, gets into a fight, Main cast wins 9/10 times, on to next episode. Over all it wasn't that bad to watch and it was certainly more interesting than IS so I gave it slightly above average as it's raiting. Because while it has a lot of flaws it does manage to grab your attention with a few things so you don't feel like you wasted your time watching it.

Noucome 6/10

Open ended with the whole "My adventures will continue" crap. Meaning "There could be more to come but we ran out of material and we aren't certain if we'll get funding for a season 2 so just in case we'll pretend this is the ending without tying a thing up. It felt almost like a parody of fan service shows some of the time and the absolute choice gag was funnier that I expected. But the last couple episodes got nothing accomplished or answered a single question. It was just a cheap pool episode with some over the top misunderstanding revolving around one choice that really lead to nothing. Overall it was fun to watch for most of the season but it had a dull and open ending that just leaves you saying "That was it?". If you like harem or ecchi shows I'd say this is probably worth a look but otherwise I'd say skip it.

 

Well the first episode of Space Dandy aired here in the USA about an hour ago. Was okay. I'll give my full though once the 'official' discussion thread is made. Oh, and as it's airing on AS here, I can't take screenshot being it's on my TV. That's all I got for now.

 

I might consider watching Space Dandy, but not now

@sporadic, do we have anyone that is managing to grab these episodes of Space Dandy for DT like they did for Deadman Wonderland? From what I can tell at least, other streaming sites don’t have it yet either so I am curious if anyone will be doing this.

I watched it. I get the concept. Step siblings, spirit possesses imouto to get her to bang her older step brother so spirit can get to heaven.I enjoyed the episode.
