    Pretty much came down to who looked scarier. Sebastian does have a demon form but it's never shown so I don't see him as scary looking.

    I'm going to have to defend this choice aren't I? Tora is an old youkai that liked living a life of tormenting, eating humans and destroying practically everything that crossed his path. While he isn't god, he is pretty strong and often combats with lightning and fire as well as his sharp claws. With much more screen time and character development for him than Deus I think it calls for more than enough reason to vote for him.

    Because Deus is a...
    dying
    God we never really see him fighting. He just kind of sits there. I haven't seen Ushio to Tora but upon reading Tora's abilities he seems like more of a threat, thus scarier.

    Hiei has a short temper while Ai only attacks people due to someone else wanting them to go to hell. Also Ai looks pretty not scary while Hiei has three eyes. Sure Hell Girl is a scarier anime but I feel Hiei beats Ai.
