But there is a big difference. As far as we have seem Krul's true form is that of a vampire and out of all the vampires she might actually be a bit kinder than most in the show and while she's powerful compared to the others we still haven't seen anything too impressive from her.

Shiobu on the other hand is only a loli because she's being surpressed and her true form is that of an adult. She's also been seen to be much more ruthless at times and as was mentioned before she has enough power to bring about the end of humanity if she ever truly wants to. Even while stuck in loli form she is strong and could probably fight Krul evenly.

So while both are loli vampires Krul is only note worthy because she happens to be involved with other important characters. Shinobu is the strongest monster in the world when at full power

 

Saito is a great character. A confusing one too at times. He's also based off a real person from the samurai era. @Supernatural-Knight , he was a member of the shinsengumi and fought alongside the real life versions of Hijikata and Kondo I'm still planning to watch the live action movie. I'm kinda postponing it each time because most live action movies aren't so great, a disgrace even sometimes, but i really should watch this one.

Shinobu sounds scarier.

 

I really wanted to give my vote to Krul, but due to the last episode she isn't the only one pulling strings. Sure she has power & authority but that isn't enough when matched up against Shinobu. If we knew or saw more of Krul then maybe my vote would change. Even the fact she has enslaved humans as a food source isn't enough reason. Not once have we seen her mistreat or abuse them but rather see to it that there tended to like actual livestock even if she doesn't hold any feelings towards humans.

Thanks for agreeing. After the newest episode this week only confirms those thoughts all the more.
That'll be as much as i'll talk about the episode because I don't want to give away spoilers. That and I just don't understand how the spoiler feature works. All the same she is a likable character within the show.

I think it would be more apt to consider him Ains Ooal Gon (how's that spelt?) then?
The basis behind their power doesn't really matter anyway.

But he's not a game character anymore. He's in a world with actual people and that body is his actual body now. So now he's an extremely powerful undead monster who can crush peoples hearts with magic and slaughter enemies while laughing. Deus is just a dying god who needs a replacement with very vague powers. He mostly just seems able to keep the world from collapsing but doesn't that make him the opposite of scary?

Momonga looks and is far more terrifying than some god of time who never even does anything. Even when that other character becomes a god all they can apparently do is travel through time (which doesn't change history but creates parallel worlds each time) and

NOT bring people back to life unless you count going to parallel universes where they aren't dead but that's not really bring them back since the them of the original world are still dead

His appearance isn't even that scary either. he looks like a giant wearing some kind of helmet. How is that scarier than a skelleton with glowing read eyes

 

Haven't seen Overlord but from what others are saying and from what I've read online, Momonga gets my vote this round.

Deus Ex Machina just isn't scary. The idea of his powers are scary somewhat and if the series started earlier maybe Deus' powers would have been a fright but that's only something watchers image. Deus doesn't use his power really except...

Exactly I don't see how anyone could vote for him against Momonga besides not having seen overlord and just voting without knowing anything. Deus isn't the least bit scary besides the fact he's technically probably powerful but since those powers have not been shown in a way that is actually threatening it doesn't mean much. Momonga is appearance alone is scarier and he's shown how deadly and brutal he can be like when he slowly crushes one opponent to death and although he can't smile his talk implied he enjoyed it a lot.
