    Both are near god like alien beings associated with destuction in one way or another. For one it's their job and for the other it's the result of them becoming corrupt. So since both are equally alien I guess the winner goes to simply which one is the better overall character. Canaletto didn't get much development as a character since he was a surprise final boss while Beerus got a bit more development. So I'll go with him.

    Both shows have many aliens, which means other characters don't respond that differently to beings from other planets. Both characters are God-like beings.

    I'm going to pick Beerus since he seemed more of a foreign entity. For example not knowing games and desserts from Earth. Canaletto seemed more of a knowing God while Beerus more of an alien God.

    How the hell did Yuukii beat Stitch? I know I missed voting but even my vote wouldn't have tied it. He's about as alien as you can get while her only real alien like quality is her personality. It was enough to get her this far but she shouldn't still be winning

    I missed voting for Stitch. I like Yuki as a character but I could image her as a regular human too. Anyways for reasons I've stated before I still find Beerus more alien.

    That's the way this game is played unfortunately.

    Migi as a character is 100% alien. It doesn't understand humans at all, isn't humanoid and is incredibly smart. The characterisation of this monster in 26 eps was also pretty well handled. In my opinion Migi is a greater character as a whole.
