Shingeki No Kyojin Season 2 Discussion

So I just finished watching the new episode of Attack on Titan. Oh my god it was amazing!! Who else has seen it? What did you think of it?

 

Shouldn't this thread rather be in the currently airing club?

I'm not gonna watch this season.

 

@Negi-Springfield You mean the new release club? It could sort of go in both to be fair as this is anime chat. I just posted here as this will be seen more and generate more discussion. Plus, the club has been inactive for quite a while now.

 

I've started to watch them. Between work though, I'm an episode behind.
It's alright but definitely a big change to the first season. If it ends on 12 episodes, I feel it is going to be rushed.

 

@Kaede They are still waiting for the Manga to finish. Hence why it is 12 episodes. They managed to do half of what was released in 24 episodes (I think out of 84 volumes of Manga)? Certainly a lot more backstory to the characters now. But, yeah I am really enjoying it

 

Oh? I read everywhere that it was only going to be/finish on 12 episodes. Oh well, soon find out.

 

@Kaede Yeah, it will finish on 12 episodes for this year. But, obviously they will make more later if it is still popular.

 

Ahh, haven't heard of the last part. Hopefully bit doesn't drag out though.

 

@Kaede Well, I'm sure there will probably be another year or two, or three or four before the next series comes out.
