He seeks entertainment and dislikes being alone. Eventually he matures, and decides to work to earn things on his own to become a better person. With a new outlook & attitude he tries his hardest to be of use to his friends. Whenever he learns he can be of help it pleases him.

Prince Arslan: Arslan is often kind to both his allies & enemies, and prefers not to engage in a battle if unnecessary; however, he is willing to do whatever it takes to protect his friends, family and kingdom. Despite his naivety & incredible benevolence, the young prince is intelligent and has enough physical strength to hold his own in battle. He is very thoughtful and wise despite his age. Though he is very sympathetic and caring even to those who have done him wrong, any kind of harm brought upon him most beloved companions he'll show little to know forgiveness.

Vivi Nefertari: Vivi isn't the stereotypical needy or authoritative princess, she usually puts the needs of others far above herself & is hesitant to rely on others or ask for help to deal with her problems. She has shown extreme bravery & determination, going up against powerful enemies for her friends & citizens sake even when clearly outmatched. Her selflessness & sense of responsibility push her to carry her country's burden. She is slow to anger and quick to forgive but fiercely loyal to her friends, family, and country.

Lelouch Lamperouge: He is a highly intelligent individual who is also calm, sophisticated, and arrogant due to his aristocratic upbringing. He is a master of two personas. While at school he conducts himself as sociable, likable, & often a easygoing student. However, while as Zero his true nature is expressed. His charisma & beliefs in justice gain him the trust & respect of many soldiers & leaders. He enjoys seeking out challenges, has a strong dislike for nobles, and is very cold an tactical in battle. He isn't above sacrificing civilians or soldier alike, so long as it furthers his objective.

I see Lelouch as the better fit for the theme (as ruler), but i simply cannot bring myself to vote against Vivi. I enjoyed her arc so much in One Piece, it made me the OP fanboy i still am today although i'm far behind on the series.

like @Batosai, i cant vote against vivi. she will forever be a secret crew of the strawhats. she cant legally proclaim herself as a crew because of her dedication of saving her country from an impending civil war and not let the world government know a royal member having connections with pirates.

Well, I've never watched or read One Piece, and probably won't ever do so.

She seems nice, though.

 

The sentiment is mutual. I dropped One Piece around episode 100, some time after they picked up that mouse with the red hat. I think Code Geass' far from a good anime, but compared to One Piece... lol
