    Yes, Godzilla isn't a Dinosaur. He was inspired by the fictional Rhedosaurus created by animator Ray Harryhausen. With the nuclear bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki and the Lucky Dragon 5 incident still fresh in the Japanese consciousness, Godzilla was conceived as a metaphor for nuclear weapons.

    Nya.  I don't have a clue.  I just always found the movies and shows to be best for "popcorn" entertainment, though I'm sure that part is probably in the movie and I just don't remember. :p  Never really knew much about the story or back story.  I'll go with a T-Rex maybe?  Idk, I'm not sure have a favorite dinosaur.

    Damn, making me double post.

    Fridays question, what was the last anime that you dropped and why?

    The last one I dropped was golden time, I had the wrong expectations, I knew it was going to be a bad series for me, I didn't want to start it to begin with.
    So why did I try it in the first place, because I wanted a valid reason for not liking it instead of basing it from appearance alone.

    I dropped it after I heard production of the show was canceled, that and I had only started watching it cause it was dubbed and aired on american TV,and as I no longer got that channel I dropped it

    Makai Ouji: Devils and Realist. It started hinting at shounen ai rather quickly. I think I made it to the second episode and then dropped it.

    Bleach

    I dropped it after I heard production of the show was canceled, that and I had only started watching it cause it was dubbed and aired on american TV,and as I no longer got that channel I dropped it



    I suspect they'll do something with Bleach like the did with Inuyasha and bring it back for a second series to sum up the remainder of the manga. It had/has too much popularity for them to not finish it up, especially now that the manga is coming to an end.

    Hmmm cant recall the last thing i dropped i usually try to finish whatever i start just to finish it. i did stop watching bleach and Eureka seven when i stopped watching toonami and will probably not go back to them so i guess those are the most recent

    Walkure Romanze, everything about it just made me cringe i can't really say specifically why but watching it just annoyed me.
