I highly doubt it. The sheer amount of media seems to indicate we believe it will happen, most likely because none of us expects it to. I think that almost every conceivable disaster is well within our means to conquer. As long as nobody but me, shares this view, we'll be fine.
I could maybe do Mondays. It'd help me stop lurking for a bit at the very least .

Hehe.As for the question; in some way I'd like to see a major event in my life time, but knowing my luck, I'd be a victim of whatever happened. In that regard I really don't want a disaster to happen not only for my own sake, but that of others as well.

I think there will be some sort of catastrophy in my lifetime. The potential is here at least

 

No but I do foresee a major discovery that would change the world forever as a more likely event that can happen. Only what that could be I have no idea, leaning towards alien life or some major shakeup of world religions.

 

im not sure if someone influenced you to ask this question...

id chose a plant type. as far as i know, plants are only week with fire type. that gives me a chance with the other types.

 

Almost always water type. Teaching the surf move is always worthwhile and besides hydro cannon is pretty awesome.

 

for a starter i was always partial to fire because usually it is one of the harder types to find.

 

I pick the Pokemon I find the most aesthetically pleasing.
If "type" extends to classes, that's a whole other conversation. That varies heavily from game-to-game.

 

I normally choose the one that can beat the first two gym leaders. After that it's a breeze. Otherwise normally water or fire.

 

I've never played a Pokemon based game. So I'll just go with electrical as default

 

I usually go fire type, with second preference for water. My choices through the games went Charmander, Totodile, Torchic, Chimchar, Oshawatt, and next will be the fox thing.

 

It depends on which game I am playing but usually fire.

 

Meh have already stated my hemophobia so gonna go with something else here. I hate goin up stairs that you can see down through, eventhough i know i cant fall through that little space in between the stairs i still dont trust them. And agreed on 2 points spor psychic type pokemon are awesome

 

My arachnophobia isn't so irrational considering I live in Aus. I'd say my fear of needles or fear of calling people who aren't my parents.
