Yays, people responded ^_^

My ideal power (which I finalised my thoughts on probably at least six months ago) would be complete control over energy. Eg, being able to manipulate any form of it (such as heat or light) and make it do what I want, even change it into another form of energy. The ability to detect energy on top of that would be nice too (so that I could tell what I'd be doing), and that'd also give me a type of telepathy from being able to read people's brain electrical impulses. I guess a good way to describe it would be Accelerator's esper ability from Index, but being able to control more than just direction.

As for the why, I'm just a very sciency person, and the topic of energy really really fascinates me. ^_^

I would like to have a kind of hypnosis power, but thinking about it more makes it sound a lot like geass so i'll go with that. unless thats not technically a super power then time manipulation i guess

Wednesday question

so one fine sunny day, you were walking on the streets. then suddenly, a wild $1 bill appeared. so you picked it up and put it inside your wallet. as you turned to a corner, you saw a blind beggar/hobo lying down on the street with a sign saying "What a beautiful day".

what will you do? (choose 1)

a. give the dollar you found
b. ignore the hobo
c. others:______

 

i'd do "A" and then write on the sign ".....to watch anime" , so that all the otaku's start giving that beggar/hobo some cash, or at least anime related goods

 

I doubt I'd even pick it up, it's ground money. But if I saw the hobo, I would likely move it from the ground to his location, along with a little more from my wallet.

 

I would choose C...

I wouldn't give him the dollar but ask him if he wanted something to drink or eat. Their obviously in that situation for a reason so i would rather give them something that is helpful. Instead of a possible income for them to use towards shady substances that are going to potentially ruin their life more than what it already is.

 

If it was a vet I would choose C give him 50% of the money in my wallet if it was a drug addict I would avoid eye contact.

 

Let's see... pie has pretty much only meat and apple going for it, so I pick cake.

 

Yea i would have to pick cake for the same reason as well the variety and different styles it could be created makes it more wanting since it can be different every time you eat it.

 

Start a conversation with the cheerful hobo and secretly drop the 1$ near him.

After some small talk and smiles i would walk off saying my goodbye.
