The official Twitter account for the television anime of Riko Korie's Alice or Alice - Siscon Nii-san to Futago no Imōto (Alice or Alice - The Brother With a Sister Complex and His Twin Sisters) manga revealed on Sunday that singing duo petit milady will perform the anime's opening theme song. The account also revealed on Saturday that singing duo Pyxis will perform the ending theme song.

The anime will premiere in April.

Kōsuke Kobayashi (Idol Time PriPara chief director) is directing the anime at EMT Squared (Urahara, Rainy Cocoa). Naoko Kuwabara (Gabriel DropOut sub character design) is designing the characters.

    The cast includes:

In addition, Yoshitsugu Matsuoka will play the older brother and Hiyori Nitta will play Alpaca-san and Kabi Usagi. All the cast members are returning from the earlier drama CD except Matsuoka, as the brother character did not appear in the drama CD.

The manga centers on the everyday lives of two twin sisters both named Alice, and their brother who is slightly attracted to them.

Korie (Unlimited Fafnir) published a one-shot with the same title in Kadokawa's Comic Alive magazine in 2013, and launched the manga as a full series in the magazine later that year. The manga ran in the magazine until 2015, when it transferred to Comic Cune. Kadokawapublished the manga's second compiled volume in July 2016 and the third volume will ship on March 23.
