So if you've seen some of my reviews, you'd notice that towards the end that I have a little note ticked onto the postscript saying that I'll take requests for series to review. With that said, I thought I'd create a small thread for users to request an anime for me or someone else to review. Please note, these guidelines only apply to myself. This does not stop other reviewers from tackling series that are restricted by these guidelines. I will review any anime of your choosing. However, they must not break these guidelines: The series must not be currently airing. I cannot in good conscience review a series of which I do not know the full story to. The series must not be overly bulky (e.g. Naruto, Bleach, One Piece, etc.). I will only review these types of series if there is an overwhelming consensus of people requesting it and it has also finished airing or maybe if it's a particular arc of the series. I shall not review anything that would be considered strictly for adults, such as hentai or porn. I'm probably gonna get some people requesting these as a joke, but those are just gonna get thrown in the shredder. I can review movies such as Studio Ghibli and others, but please note that I may be exposing some individuals to spoilers because of how little there is to talk about as compared to a standard 12-26 episode series. Posts for requests would more favorably be received by posting it in this thread or, if you would like to retain a bit of anonymity, a PM. Any other questions, feel free to shoot me a PM.
Might I suggest an alteration? You may be able to review particular arcs of 'bulky series'. Not that I care to watch One Piece, or all of Detective Conan, or those larger ones who have yet to finish, let alone read a review based around one.
Since you created this thread for review suggestions, how about Aesthetica of a Rogue Hero. Unless you already did.
I saw this thread the other day and for unknown reasons I got the strongest urge to ask for a Teekyuu review. I think just seeing what you can make of that mess of a franchise could be interesting. Now before you go running away screaming that it has 8 seasons [8th now airing] it is worth mentioning that each episode is only 2 minutes long. What do you think @Timekeeper?
Is the series about to be wrapped up? Because I suppose that I wouldn't have much of an issue for a bulk series if it had very short episodes, but it is still airing. Maybe when it finishes I'll give it a review. Would there be another series you'd like me to share my thoughts with in the meantime?
Not really, this was the only one that came to mind immediately. Maybe I wanted to see what someone could try and pry from Teekyuu's delusional ramblings. Although it is still airing, it has eight different seasons instead of one long running one. You could watch the first season and stop, it would only cost you one episode's amount of time to watch the whole 1st season. Oh I thought of an interesting one, have you heard of Kuuchuu Buranko? It is one hell of a ride. Or maybe Tatami Galaxy?
Umm, salutations kind one... I was pondering if you'd be so kind as to entertain me with a review of the clockwork planet anime? Spoiler: i i... I have the entire first season in HD uncut if you need a source to watch it... seriously their like 1.39g per vid... >.>
