The official website for the television anime adaptation of Harukaze's Nora, Princess, and Stray Cat. (Nora to Ōjo to Noraneko Heart) adult visual novel revealed more cast members, a key visual, and theme song artists on Thursday.

Ayaka Asai as Nora Handa, the original story's main character. He helped out Patricia and earned her favor, and ended up becoming Patricia's underling. His underling form is a cat.

In addition Keiko Suzuki is narrating the show.

Natsumi Takamori, Eri Sendai, Yuu Asakawa, and Atsumi Tanezaki are performing the opening theme song "Ne! Ko!"

The anime will premiere on Tokyo MX on July 12 at 10:45 p.m. The anime will have a total of 12 episodes, with each episode being five minutes long. The anime will also air on Sun TV, and will stream online in Japan.

Kenshirō Morii (Wake Up, Girl Zoo!, Gakumon! ~Ōkami Shōjo wa Kujikenai~, Anime-Gataris) is directing the anime, and Hato, who wrote the scenario for the visual novel, is writing the scripts. Harukaze is credited with the original work.

The anime features a completely different cast from the visual novel:
    • Natsumi Takamori as Patricia of End, a princess of the underworld. She comes to the human world in order to destroy it, but there she falls in love with Nora.
    • Eri Sendai as Michi Kuroki, Nora's childhood friend. She is diligent and is a member of her school's school's public morals committee.
    • Yuu Asakawa as Shachi Yuuri, a young woman with a gentle heart. She handles all the household chores of Nora's household, and cooking is her strong point.
    • Atsumi Tanezaki as Yuuki Asuhara, who is a year younger at school than Nora, and is a gyaru. She has a bright personality and has many friends, and she also works multiple part-time jobs.
    • Yuri Yamaoka as Nobuchina Takada, Nora's classmate, and the daughter of a famous local yakuza.
    • Yō Taichi as Lucia of End, Patricia's older sister who is kind to her younger sisters but is stern with everyone else.
    • Ayuru Ōhashi as Eurasia of End, Patricia's younger sister who has a carefree and bright personality.
    • Juri Kimura as Tanaka-chan, Nora's classmate who has a kind heart.
    • Takeaki Masuyama as Ida, Nora's classmate and a blunt juvenile delinquent.
The anime's story centers around high school student Nora Handa. One day, on the way to school, Nora meets a girl named Patricia in a park. Patricia says that she is a princess of the underworld, and she has come to the surface world to destroy all life. Nora and Patricia accidentally kiss, and this act turns Nora into a black cat. Patricia takes Nora to her home, and a few days later Nora turns back into a human. However, Nora keeps turning into a cat and back into a human.

Harukaze released the game for PC in February 2016. The game is getting a port for the PlayStation Vita this fall.

A manga adaptation of the game launched in Kadokawa's Dengeki G's Comic magazine in its August issue on June 30. Additionally, Kentarō Kobayashi is writing a novel adaptation with illustrations by Itsuki Ōzora that also launched on June 30. Hato is supervising the novel.
