    I'm not sure if there's even anything new i'll be watching this spring. I still need to see the chart, but from these 5, it all just seems like shows i won't like and will have a hard time watching it every week. Sucks -_-

    ^ Yes Maddy you did good, but an action yuri series was always going to do well in the voting. Who doesn't like action? And then we had the numbers from last polls sakura trick, it gets both of these fan bases votes so I don't think you had to even worry about it being chosen.

    Can't say I blame you, the only series here I wanted to watch was my nominee of Sidonia no Kishi. Guess I'll be having to pick up two others I didn't really want to now. The chart was in the first post but I edited it out yesterday when I converted the thread, however there are some sports anime coming this season [I think 3] so you'll probably be checking those out at least.

     I really hope Sidonia no Kishi doens’t win. I dealt with that CGI stuff in that boat anime and I still just can’t stand it. CGi Mecha are fine, CGI special effects are fine, CGI anime characters are not fine! I just really don’t want to watch it.

Most companies have their typical method for animation so when a series that does go full CG comes out it instantly catches my attention for that [similar to how Aku no Hana caught my attention for whatever the hell they did there].

I love a good CG anime and I’m hoping Sidonia no Kishi lives up to at least a good rating, I don’t expect it to be great [very few mecha series have been recently] but just something that is kind of different and enjoyable enough that I can actually have some fun while watching it.     Sorry but it all just looks so stiff and robotic to me. The characters don't feel alive at all to me. Sure it's different and not done that often but IMO there is a good reason it's not done often....... because it's a dumb idea.

    I thought Outbreak Company was quite good. It took what could have just been a bland fantasy harem wish fulfillment series and turned it into an interesting fantasy harem wish fulfillment series. The characters had some actual depth to them and it really adressed series matters like racism and such. So if the guy who made that is behind Chaika then it might turn out pretty good or at least okay. Plus Bones has done some pretty good (and some bad) stuff so there is that.

    Three of these anime I'll watch, two of those three are part of activities and somehow I always end up watching anime from Shaft
