Most Memorable anime fights

Which fights in anime's were the most memorable.

 

Goku versus Vegeta immediately comes to mind. Unlimited Blade Works wasn't that great of a movie, but damn was the fight scene between Saber and Berserker one of the most epic I've seen (short though it was). Uh, let's see... Greed versus Edward in Fullmetal Alchemist was a great one. Lockon Stratos versus Ali al-Saachez in Gundam 00 was pretty intense. Yeah... more may come to me later.

 

Goku vs Vegeta i agree on. Also Gohan vs Cell with the father and son kamehameha.

For me also Kenshin vs Shishio, Kenshin vs Aoshi and Kenshin vs Sojiro. 3 great fights in the first anime i watched.

 

^ I agree, any battle with Kenshin in it is memorable.

I'll also have to had Naruto vs. Pain, Ichigo Vs. Aizen, and Luffy Vs. cp9 leader Rob Lucci to the list

 

I would say the most memorable fight in an anime show would be either Ichigo vs. Ulquiorra or Naruto vs. Sasuke (the one where Naruto first uses the fox cloak and Saskuke the curse mark)

If you don't remember the fight right off the top of your head, doesn't that mean it isn't memorable? xD.

I think the factors that make fights great are the animation quality, the fight development/mechanics, and the interaction and dynamic between the characters fighting (i.e. rivalry). The final fight in Sword of the Stranger has one of if not the best displays of animation quality. Kiritsugu vs. Kirei in Fate/Zero was overall amazing with good animation, interesting developments, and a great "rivalry" for lack of a better word. Kokutou Azaka's fight in Kara no Kyoukai had some pretty cool fire effects.

 

Gintoki vs Jirocho. This face was enough to send chills down my spine.

Also, Natsu and Gajeel vs. Laxus & Natsu vs. Jellal
Simon and the crew vs. Anti-Spiral
Pretty much any fight Alucard got into

Wang Yi's final battle in Kingdom

Pretty much the fight against Mewtwo in Pokemon the first movie.

Everything I found memorable.

 

That final fight in the end of Scryed was pretty tense. Those two guys were really going at it in a pure fight. No hate, just a rivalry between two people who have grown to respect the other in a awesome way. The ending scene of one guy raising his fist in the air gave me goosebumps.

Oh and of course the last Vegeta and Goku fight. Need I mention this anymore?

 

Not to be cliche or anything but the fight between vicious and spike at the very end of cowboy bebop is pretty intense and not to mention but best last words ever

 

The best one I've seen so far would be Goku vs Luffy vs Toriko vs Mr. Satan and also Goku, Luffy and Toriko vs Akami

 

I think mine would have to be one of the fights from Dragon Ball or One Piece. Having said that, there are a lot of cool fight scenes in Bleach. But, I'm not interested enough to watch it for the story really.
