    I had a quick look and most of the companies that make custom plush toys require rather large orders of 900-1000+ units. This is the only one I have found that has the option of 250+ units http://www.gannmemorials.com/

    Another suggestion for merchandise. How about JustDubsOnline Ice-Cream bars? :p Each with a face of either mascot on it?

    I have to admit I do rather like the design on this one... But, I will wait to see the new and upcoming designs before I decide on a purchase. Besides, I doubt it would arrive before next weekend (which is MCM Expo - Comic Con) here in London :p

    you might notice that the picture looks a little odd. The quality of the printed design was a little off it seemed to me. Kinda like it was faded and cracked a bit already....

    I'm sure you knew the entire background was meant to be black and there wasn't supposed to be a silhouette either. I know I suck at using GIMP :p (Not to mention it was very rushed).
