Touma has an instant-win button, Ichigo doesn't. Therefore, by my logic, Ichigo > Touma.

Each requip gives her a new weapon and she’s already shown to be proficient with at least 16 different melee weapons. She’s the epitome of a perfect melee user.






Jack Rakan can create an infinite number of Melee weapons of various shapes and sizes and has such insane physical strength and durability the only person able to beat him was a villain with a "Erase you from existence" attack. He can theoretically make any melee weapon he wishes and was seen with at least a few different kinds and is also skilled at pure and simple martial arts. Thus he is also the Epitome of a perfect Melee user. The fact that these two met so soon is unfair.

I like how, out of everybody who voted against Rakan, only one has seen Negima (and has barely started it).
Also, with Nagi and Negi, he is the most powerful man in the world.
Even if I think Rakan should have won the whole game, I only nominated him to prove that Melee March is a popularity contest.
