    Welcome to the second edition of Melee March!

    As some of you might be able to tell from the picture, the first winner of this theme was Erza Scarlet from Fairy Tail in a final against Roronoa Zoro from One Piece. The score back then was 12 - 9. Zoro will be participating again this year aiming for the win.

    Different from the last two months, this game will change matches every day like we used to do. It will have 32 characters and a first round of 16 matches. What also will be different is the theme. No more performers, singers, actors etc.. but swordsman and woman who won't be afraid to slice the opponent up if they can't win the fair way.

    I managed to randomise the list so there won't be any clashes between characters nominated by the same person. It only took me 8 tries to get that.

    RULES:
    - Keep your butthurt to a minimum.

    - Votes must be tallied in order to be valid.

    - Use the Spoiler Insert when needed.

    - Do not make fake accounts in order for your contestant to win, they will be invalid, we know who participates in these games.

    - In the case of a tie, I will ask the two members who nominated each contestant to PM me a number.

    - If you do not send in a number before one of the 2 characters are to start their next round, your character will be disqualified. If both numbers are not sent in time, both characters will be disqualified and the character in the next round will get a free pass.

    - The match ends after the next match has been posted. Any votes within this time will count. (new rule)

    - You cannot change your nominations once the game has started.

    - Rules are subject to change if necessary.

    To be fair, I like Wave. I always referred to him as good guy Wave when the series was airing. I also should state that I didn't exactly like Afro Samurai even if you know who voiced him in the dub. Now that has been said

    I'm sorry but a samurai fighting with his single weapon instead of a magical armour power up beckons my vote more. Same reason why I voted Zoro over Erza all those years ago.
