This is just sad, Chamber was awesome by himself he didn’t need a pilot to be a good mech and I haven’t seen eureka so I’ll join the bandwagon and vote Chamber even if it doesn’t really change his chances of winning




Sorry but we're dealing with a robot that can be a car, plane, or surf through the sky. Plus he gets a pretty badass alternate form in the movie where the has these lazer canons that float around him (Not sure if you'd call them mobile turrets or something) and a giant staff. Seriously the Nirvash is awesome.

Also he has a super mode called Seventh Swell and super modes make everything more awesome.

Meh. I prefer a mecha who thinks and has feelings instead of some robot toy. Get at me. I don't like mecha in general lol.

This morning, I saw the first ep of the newest Power Rangers. Season 20, made just this year. Made a bunch of references to Mighty Morphin' just like Samurai did. I can't believe they're still making it, it's amazing. ^_^

But the Nirvash does think. It lacks the amility to talk but it's made clear that it is inteligent and has a will of it's own. In the movie it even has a cut little creature form that it has for most of the movie. But still the Nirvash is not some robot toy.

It even sacrifices itself at the end of the series by becoming the new cluster core to keep the Coralians from being wiped out along with a good chunk of humanity.

^ That comment Ovyda sums up my feelings about it perfectly. Now I don’t know about the Nirvash since I still only plan to watch it, but voting for the option that thinks and seems to have feelings [something a lot of other mechs don't have] that I actually know just makes more sense to me. Both are awesome in their own way, just that I don’t know Eureka so screw it, well that is until later rounds since for my bracket I said he’d win this round.

Again the Nirvash does have feelings even if it's not very expressive of them. For a good chunk of the series it's just Eureka claiming the Nirvash speaks to her but it's not just her being crazy it does have it's own mind. Eureka 7 has some great characters so I'd suggest watching it even if you aren't really a mecha fan because this show has so much more to it than just mecha fights and really the fights don't take up that much of the series from what I remember.

Man this is an awkward match up, Guren vs. Gurren... I a bigger fan of Tenga Toppa then Code Geass, going TTGL.
