    Was this match up on purpose or just a weird coincidence?

    Because Harute can turn into a jet

    He also has a sort of fusion form after being upgraded to this model where he can do halfway and have jet like mobility while still in mecha form

    while Escaflowne can turn into a dragon
    [​IMG]

    This is another tough one because while turning into a dragon sounds awesome it can't breath fire or anything and his mecha can only fight with swords and when it turns into a dragon he rides on top of it making him SUPER vulnerable so the dragon form is just for flying not fighting. While Harute has various weapons (Follow link for full details) well as the trans-Am system which is basically a beserker mode. Also turning into a jet is pretty awesome in it's own way. So both are good but I'd much rather pilot the harute and blow shit up than have to chase everything down with my sword.
