    Oh poor Rias losing by such an amount is a bit surprising, but there were many worse possible victors so at least Mira is a decent enough magical person to take the title.

    Anyone else find it funny that Rias lost on the day that the 2nd OVA came out subbed?

    No. There's already an all female exclusive month. Not to mention the amount of males who are nominated when they're allowed to be is extremely low. You'll have to get over it.
