Sakura! Her last name in the dub was Avalon but the original Japanese version has her name as Kinamoto.

She is an elementary school student who accidentally used her power to activate the Clow Cards and unleash them in her city. She has a lot of untapped magical power as she is the one the cards choose as their owner in the end over Eriol/Eli and Li. She is also quick thinking, she beats a riddle at her school that stumps Li and Meilin.

Also she wears many different cute outfits made by her friend Tomoyo/Madision.

I'm suprised how many characters i don't know in this months game. I hate when the dub changes Japanese names into completely unrelated english names. I feel like that is not a solid reason to vote against her though.

So why vote for Negi?

He is the son of the thousand master, the strongest mage in the world, who disappeared.
(I wanna say that he disappeared twenty years ago, and he dropped Negi to his relatives, but my memories are fuzzy).
Negi is a hardworking kid (9 years old) who graduated from a wizard school extremely young.

Here, he meets his father for the first time (The user had an agreement with 1000 master to become the 1000 master for a few minutes, once, in order to fight his son).
This is very early in the series, so Negi is beaten by a landslide, but his father tells him what to improve.




Here, he is shown to spend 23 hours a day doing his everyday tasks and martial arts training
and he is also shown to spend 24 hours a day studying magic (Magic, don't question it).
He decided to be a knight-magician, a magician mixing magic and close range combat.


Evangeline created a magic technique that only she can use.
That is because everyone who attempted to learn it never woke up or lost all their powers as they were trying to learn it.
The technique consists of absorbing spells into the user's body, they gain some of the spell's characteristics.
The technique yields incredible stress on the body, while Eva is an "immortal" vampire, Negi is a "mere" human, so the technique makes him extremely powerful, but vulnerable on the long term.
Negi is the first person in the world, besides Evangeline who mastered Dark Magic.
The technique is learned through a scroll, and the user falls asleep and has 48 hours to master the technique or never wake up, if the scroll is broken, they will wake up, but will have lost all their powers.


Here is an example of him using that said technique
He absorbed lightning and got its speed.




Here we see even demons call the technique a forbidden one.





Remember how I said Rakan was the most powerful mage in the world and here I say the 1000 master is the most powerful?
The two are very good friends and to date, they have something like 352 victories for Rakan to 353 victories for 1000 master, so they are considered equally powerful.
For reasons I won't get into, Negi used a pill giving him the appearance of a 10 years older version of himself, but his strength stays the same.
He was in an official competition with Rakan as the final match up of the tournament.
I did not mention it so far to avoid confusion, but Negi's father, the thousand master, his name is Nagi.



Yet Negi had a draw in an official competition with Rakan.

Don't complain, my program requires me to do summer school.
