actually, this has been a "kind of a" concern in my head and i planned to make a suggestion about it. since you brought it out, ill now leave that to your hands now. hue hue hue

So the other day I was driving to work and I was at a red light at a busy intersection. I was looking ahead at all of the cars that were going in the other direction, and I saw a car that looked really familiar drive by. I went home and looked it up; turns out the car that I saw was actually an exact replica of the A6 from Initial D [with the exception of the license plate].

Thats pretty cool that you saw one. Those cars are getting harder to find in good condition since people do who knows what to them. BTW, its called an AE86 or 86 for short. Also, that picture looks awfully familiar :3

 

though what i experienced yesterday is not as awesome as finding an exact replica of a car, mine however was something that didnt happen in a long time. it was that a random radio station with a british dj played a japanese song (magic knights reyearth op) and spoke with my native tongue.

 

well if australia great amount of anime watchers, its not surprising to hear one from a late night radio show. i forgot to mention i heard it at midnight.

 

Yep thats exactly right. I remember that after watching the anime, my brother and I wanted to get that car lol I later got over it but I still admire it, thats because I'm a sucker for classic japanese cars. You should do that, if you're a fan of cars or the anime you'll mostly likely enjoy it.

 

I would totally do that but not with an AE86. Thats sucks but yeah, I'm sure that all the people that go to those event are more into the cars than the anime.

The FD is nice but its not a good car to daily (unless you have money) due to the engine design which I wont go into detail but if you're interested, just search wankel engine for a bit more info. Actually, the anime is very popular among car guys. As soon as someone mentions drifting or the AE86, they think of the anime but since car guys care more about the car, they forget about the anime and focus more on the car. Since I'm more of a car guy than an anime guy, I would do the same.

 

Whew, I finally shook off this really nasty fever. That was tough guys. I use the word fever loosely too, I had a whole bunch of different symptoms. The whole household seemed to have something.
