Kengo Hanazawa's New Manga's Title, July Debut Revealed

This year's 23rd issue of Kodansha's Young Magazine revealed on Monday that Kengo Hanazawa's new manga is tentatively titled Under Ninja (pictured left in image below), and will begin serialization in the magazine's 34th issue on July 23.



Shogakukan's Big Comic Superior magazine had announced the new manga last November, and revealed last December that it would debut in the magazine this spring. The magazine revealed art from the manga (the same art that is pictured above), with the text "Do you know about the existence of those who are hidden?"

Hanazawa launched the I am a Hero manga in Shogakukan's Big Comic Spirits magazine in 2009, and endedthe series last year with 22 volumes. The manga inspired two spinoff series. A live-action film adaptation opened in Japan in April 2016. Dark Horse Comics is releasing the manga in North America.
