Yeah remember that whole "two spirits" thing that went absolutely no where? I remember being all "Oh so Naruto has fox power, Sasuke has super eyes, ans Sakura has some kind of double mind thing going? interesting" then naruto ans Sasuke go on to be badass (Dont really like Sasuke but he does have some awesome moments at least) while she becomes a nurse....wtf! They set things up for her to have some unique power or skill and litterally forget it even exists once shippuden starts.

Seriously she had the ability to break a mind control jutsu that even professionals shouldn't be able to break easily through shear will power and her inner personality alone. You could do so much wish that!

Although I guess this would be more the authors fault for forgetting about her special trait rather than her but still it doesn't help her case at all.

@Supernatural-Knight how about a mad scientist who experimented on toddlers and expected them to die. sad to say the experiment didnt meet his expectations and they were just in comma. but hey! he just laughs manically coz he gathered enough data.

Well if it really is that bad, i can imagine him being quite annoying. If someone mentions crazy scientist and experiments in anime, for some reason i think of Orochimaru, who i like. Now that is not enough to not vote for someone, but looking him up, he's an old man.. How bad can an old man possibly be

Comparing him to Orachimaru is somewhat accurate as they both treat humans like little more than samples. But while Orichimaru was creepy in a cool snake like way and while a good section of the plot centers around him making him a crutial character this guy is just a prick. He's just an asshole of a scientist who COULD be more human and safe with his research if he gave a shit. But instead he's like "Hmmmmm nah. I'll just fry a bunch of kids brains for shits and giggles and I'll even get some good data from it".

So yeah you like like Orochimaru but this guy lacks all of the qualities that made Orochimaru interesting in any way. While Orichimaru was truely powerful and thus rightfully arrogant this guy just uses cheap tricks and acts like everyone is beneath him. While Orochimaru wanted to learn all the Jutsu in the world this guy has no real objective and just moves from one experiment to the next.

As for ichika while he is dense I blame some of it on the plot just refusing to move forward. Season 2 was about 10% plot and 90% fan service and filler. "What's that you want to know who that mysterious figure is? Well too bad we won't even give her any screen time for the next 3 episodes and even then we won't actually answer any of your questions". He's still a dense idiot but I've seen a few that are worse so he isn't THAT bad. Certainly not worse than Mr annoying mad scientist.

 

And that is probably why Orochimaru wasn't nominated and this guy was. If you put it this way, yeah he does sound pretty annoying. I guess this explanation is enough for me to change votes. If thats allowed.
