now now akainu is the fleet admiral and has to uphold this so called "justice" to criminals. ace was a good pirate but a pirate is a pirate. cant really blame the man for this. its like hating a termite exterminator for killing a termite who only eat metal plastics. also, ace had it coming to him. he had the very chance to walk away but nah he had to go fight akainu just because akainu bad mouthed white beard.

Your attitude disgusts me. The manga could have ended shortly after that death if it weren't for Jinbei and you treat it as if it doesn't matter.

In regards to this round... One Piece is most hateable. Can I vote for the series instead of these characters?

Akainu is a type of character I just can't hate; one that is written purely for and as a plot device. They have no personality other than "does X thing". Eg that blonde kid in Game of Thrones (I haven't watched that in ages 'cause it requires copious amounts of alcohol to be tolerable).

Either way, abstain.

Anyone is free to call it if i'm late. I have had a very busy week last week, especially the weekend. I failed to get online yesterday when i was supposed to call it and haven't been able to manage the Ecchi July nominations which we are still too short on. This week should be fine for me, but i will be moving soon so i don't know how busy i'm going to be in the upcoming months. Sorry for the delay guys, but the Ju-On final will finally start.

As for the semi final, it's kind of a pity because i would have voted for Blackbeard. My reasoning is a spoiler for people who don't know enough about Blackbeard and Akainu Sakazuki.

If Blackbeard didn't give Ace in to the marines, the whole marineford war wouldn't have happened and Akainu wouldn't have had the chance to kill Ace. Blackbeard proceded to send someone of his crew to Dressrosa to enter the tournament to win Ace's devil fruit powers (any further than this is a spoiler for myself as i'm not yet out of the dressrosa arc xD)
