JDCast - Ep. 1 - Pants Optional

    So, this is our first attempt at reviving the podcast. We ran into some unexpected hiccups and the release got delayed.

    In addition, there's some background noise and some issues with audio levels. These are, mostly, on my end. I messed up my individual recording and had to use a conversation recording, instead. Thus, making it difficult for me to edit everyone's individual audio. There's also some background noise (like a child crying) that my mic picked up. I didn't think it would as I was on opposite ends of the house.

    I feel like I've learned a lot just from this pilot. I'm already thinking of ways to re-work the format (or lack thereof) and am planning to ensure that I don't run into the same recording issues, next time.

    That said, thanks for bearing with me on this. Feedback and suggestions are appreciated.

    Got to catch up a bit on some news about the site and everything that happened. I like hearing about this community and this website in general.

    I would definitely listen to more of this.

    Great job bringing this to fulfillment. Was very long in the making. You could use some brushing up on the history of the site though :p

    @BaconMan8910 couldn't agree more with your reference of mecha as "giant fuck you machines". Great job dude! As mentioned earlier (and addressed by yourself), volume was the only issue. Look forward to more!

    That was well done. A small critiqe, I had to juggle with the volume controls for whoever was talking.
