supernatural is when the character is not human or is an ester , if he/she is a yukai or ayakashi , etc...
superhuman , is human but has super(well dah ) abilities like super strength ( characters who just appear to be strong do not have superhuman strength though)
atleast thats what i think (if i am wrong plz somebody correct me)
