Future Elimination Games

Last one was my first one I tried but I am willing to keep playing I thought it was fun!!! Although I did miss voting for my nomination due to some uncontrollable sickness that was self inflicted the day I was supposed to vote (HANGOVER) and thus was defeated in shame and agony but It was pretty fun!

 

With having 12、000 members on this website、 I was sort of hoping that we would have more active ones in the forums。Less than 50、 I think？It can be hard trying to be there for every vote、 and this gives nominations a poor representation。

 

I remember that lol.

I've had days too where i couldn't get on to vote, probably everyone does. There's also rounds where i just have no clue who to vote for. Still i think we should have enough members that like this game with the number you mentioned. We even failed reaching 32 nominations last game. We never had that in the years we've done this.

@Supernatural-Knight , any chance we can do a game again in April or May? I'm not the most active forum member so i have no idea how active it is right now.

 

We didn't fail to reach 32 noms last time, the number of nominees was initially set to 16 so it would be a fast round because we started mid February and wanted to be done by March.

I know we did this at least one other time.

But I get the idea, the rounds are usually made up of two characters from series I don't know so I don't vote.

 

So when will nomination thread start? I suggest anti-april.

 

A 16 nominee game would do i suppose. The bracket game did give people someone to vote for if they don't know either character. I know it's not doable for April but maybe we can make one for May? It's all up to you.

 

Well, we certainly need to get a vote ready on a topic/theme at least.
Some of us need time for 'research,' and something to do in the meantime.
As for it being 16 0r 32, I guess it does not really matter. With that much time, we would have time to find 32 nominees, but does get a little tiresome to have to wait a month to figure out your nominees all lost, and wait for the next theme to appear.

Also, I think we haven't had a new theme since last summer, so I don't think it's a problem (anymore)

 

im still up for the norm for may. magical is still massive for getting noms.

Personally, I do not exactly care for the idea of magical girls. Feels... sticky... girlish... ack, just feels odd. I do not know of any good magical girl anime that would have enough in it to get past the girl in a frilly dress.

I think I will go with something else. Researching for possible choices. Magical girls are good enough, no need to combine.
And don't you dare say who that thing is or what it's from.

i still prefer Ju-on coz i want my hated character to be hated by all.
