Funimation Reveals English Dub Cast For Chaos;Child Anime

Funimation announced the English dub cast on Thursday for the Chaos;Child anime series.

The English dub cast — under ADR director Joel McDonald and ADR engineer Matt Grounds — includes:​

• Vic Mignogna as General​
• Carrie Savage as Rimi​
• Clarine Harp as Sena​
• Ricco Fajardo as Takuru (Young)​

The simuldub will premiere on January 31 at 9:30 p.m. EST. The anime premiered in Japan on January 11, and Crunchyroll is streaming the series in Japanese with English subtitles as it airs in Japan.

Funimation describes the series:
Six years after the deadly earthquake and events of ChäoS;HEAd, Tokyo's reconstructed Shibuya district becomes home to another series of mysterious happenings.

An abnormal string of deaths occurs amidst Shibuya's reconstruction, and it isn't until a high school newspaper club member starts to piece together the clues that these cases begin to demonstrate a hauntingly familiar pattern.

Masato Jinbo (Fate/kaleid liner Prisma Illya 2wei!, Shomin Sample, Nozo × Kimi) is directing the anime and is also handling series composition. Kazuyuki Yamayoshi is serving as chief animation director and adapting Mitsumi Sasaki and Yukihiro Matsuo's character designs for animation. SILVER LINK is animating the series. Takeshi Abo (Steins;Gate, Robotics;Notes) and onoken (Accel World) are composing the music.​
