    I will do the tie breaker tomorrow somewhere in the afternoon my time. Sorry to keep you guys waiting untill the very last moment with that one.

    Now to support my own nominee Otsu-san, I'm going to quote the one person i know already knows this:

    Even though they aren't stand alone concerts (as far as i know) she performs dressed as Otsu during the Gintama Harumatsuri atleast one year which i have seen, but i think she does it every year during that festival. A festival in which all Gintama VA's are present doing sketches of their character in real life, she performs the songs live.
